    I've been doing laundry for 30 years and have never had such a worthless washer. I'm going insane trying to get my clothes clean! I have tried several HE detergents, scent boosters, and Oxi clean to no avail. I have the settings on heavy soil, deep wash, with extra water added and my clothes still come out stained and dirty. Not sure if it's because it's top load and doesn't have an agitator, but I would avoid this model.

    We purchased this and had it installed today and error messages already popped up! Same issue as our last LG. Its a lemon and unreliable brand. Dont waste your money.
