I reluctantly switched from a front loading machine and found that I love this one. It washes the clothes well and spins them dry, enough that they don’t require lots of drying. I would recommend this washer.

We’ve had the washer for 3 months and it has worked as expected. It is quiet and efficient while cleaning the clothes thoroughly. Very happy with our purchase.

This washing machine is great. I had no idea what I was missing out on with my old washer with the agitator. Capacity is excellent - I no longer have to split loads. Easy to use, easy to customize settings, manual is very clear on how to use. It does make a very high pitched noise when running - the impeller - but I know someone who has the same make and only slightly different model that does the same and we were both assured this is normal. Most people can't actually hear it, and it's easy to ignore once you know it's not a problem.

We've had the Washer for a month now and it's working well and is easy to use. It's also a lot quieter than our previous machine. The installation was smooth and efficient.

Without the agitator, this thing fits a lot. I was concerned it wouldn't get clothes as clean, but it's worked well. It is not as water efficient as is had hoped. I wish it wasn't as automatic as all the new washers are. The time estimates are just that. Sometimes it seems like 1 minutes remaining is more like 10.

This washer is great. The first time i used it i wasnt sure about the less water and no agitator...cause it was bunching and tangling my clothes. But friends said i should put my clothes in around the edge as if there were an agitator to keep from tangling and they aslo said to wash on deep wash..which is not a whole lot of water..probably the same as an old school washer. Anyways..they are no longer tangling and i just love it. Washer is quiet and doesnt vibrate my house. Its great. Recommend this set

Washes well. Quiet. Menu is not easy to understand and booklet is not very helpful. TOO DEEP. I cannot reach the bottom of the tub.

I love this washer! It's huge tub is perfect for blankets or towels. I'm 5'2 and have to stand on my trippy toes to get clothes out. The extra water feature is a big plus. It does not make noise in spin cycle which is what I was looking for. It washed and rinse the clothes great. Overall great purchase for the money. FYI: I've had washer for a year now.

Was really hoping to love this machine. The size of the tub is great, however unless it is on the deep cycle, clothes are not submerged in water. It does not seem to handle heavy loads well, and continuously adds more time to complete the wash (on 2 different loads with my son's Carhart work jacket and overalls). Depending on the heaviness of the load, can leave clothes quite wet after the spin cycle. Cloths are very wrinkled upon removing. Some clothes I prefer to hang for drying, and because they are so wrinkled, I need to put the in the dryer for a time before hanging, adding one more step. Seems to get clothes clean, although if washing something with animal hair on it, the clothes come out with wads of hair/lint on them. I just wish I had my old washer back.

We came to Best Buy, to find a top loader, good size tub washer. We bought our last washer at American TV, over 18 years ago. A whirlpool. The sales associate, Devan Hillshiem was very knowledgeable and helpful in our purchasing of a LG. Our delivery of our new washer and the pick up of our old washer went very smooth! I recently had surgery, thus my husband is doing the laundry! We love the size of the tub and how easy it is to operate. We are happy with our purchase!

My first ever brand new washer/dryer set! They work like a charm! So easy to use and the large capacity makes it to where i cut laundry time in half! These are great and i would definitely recommend this set to anyone looking to upgrade !

The capacity is enormous for a washer this size. It operates very quietly and has easy to use features. Overall it was an excellent purchase.

This washer is significantly more efficient than my previous one and saves me a considerable amount of time. Additionally, the clothes are much cleaner and haven't had any issues with uneven loads, which was previously stressing me out. I would recommend.

So far this washing machine has worked out really well. It has a really deep tub and holds a lot of items. It's easy to use and is very quiet. I would definitely recommend, especially if you have large loads of laundry!
