Once we returned we started to use it. It is very loud. My older washer you harfly heard it. We only would hear the spin cycle. This washer you hear every twist and turn. Very disappointed.

I wish I could return my LG and get a whirlpool! I use tide, I spray stains, but still they don't come clean. My towels come out with stains still on them. Such a waste of money!

Very Disappointed

Except for the "bedding" cycle, I find that none of the other cycles performs as it should. The "normal" cycle is completely useless, since there is not enough water to cover the cloths and to dissolve the detergent. The "delicate" cycle is equally useless. After this cycle, I had to run another wash just to rinse the detergent. In short, I would love to be able to return this machine and buy something that really works properly and does not require multiple washes to get cloths clean and rinsed.

I reached out to bestbuy for help and unfortunately I was referred to the manufacturer - the manufacturer sent a technician which was rude and never performed any services. After that encounter, I reached out to the manufacturer which has not yet returned my phone calls and no contact. Now I am stocking hundreds of dollars worth of junk. Please stay away - my experience with technicians sent by bestbuy to install their products or refer to insurance claims had been a rollercoaster. Bestbuy should do more to ensure their customers are satisfied.

Worst washer ever!

The clothes do not get fully immersed in the water during a wash cycle, no matter what setting you use. Because there is not enough water in the basket and the agitation cycles are weird, parts of your clothes are literally above the water when washing and only really get wet during a rinse cycle. My clothes are not clean! I would never have kept it but we bought it a few months before we moved and will leave it behind. I will be going back to a front loader after this.

Rough spin cycle

Crappy Washing Machine

The day I purchased this, it was 649.99 when I was comparing washers. Price in cart was 699.99. I have dated screenshots. Best Buy refuses to credit me because “ we can only go by today’s price”. They were investigated several years ago for this very deceptive practice!! Never again, Best Buy!

They disconnected the washer for now and I am waiting for the exchange from Best Buy. Might be at least a week. I am hoping for it faster. No laundry mats near by and I live by myself retired. Never got to use it.

I purchased this washer last month. Today I put in a mid sized load and watched the machine fill and start washing. It did not add enough water to cover all my clothes. I watched it agitate for a few minutes thinking it would add more water.. it didn’t. I finally found out how to add enough waster to barely cover my clothes. I understand conserving water, but this is rediclious. I’d return the washer, but have had it more than 2 weeks. If you want your clothes to get wet in the washer, don’t buy this model.

Unhappy with that LG washer

Sorry I bought this washing machine, The one I had before, a Maytag, for almost 30 years, with minor repairs throughout the years, and washed properly that whole time!
