The washing machine is quiet, has great features, and is easy to use; however it does not clean well unless you have a small load such that the water is above the level of the clothes. It is very frustrating that to wash an average size load of items, the water does not extend beyond the top of the items, thus items come out unwet in spots, and unclean, even on the "Water Plus/Soak" setting. It is an extremely frustrating situation. Is there a way to exchange this washer after using it for 4 months?

This washer has performed without any problems. Our clothes have been well cleaned, and so far we are quite happy with it. We have had it for just about one month.

We haven’t had this washer very long. It does a very good job washing and spinning the clothes, but I am still figuring out the controls. Also I am about 5’1” and I had to buy a stool to put in front of the washer so that I can reach all the way to the bottom to get the clothes out.

There are multiple settings for all needs. I use the hot water normal setting for my hospital scrubs. They come out almost dry. This uses only minimal amounts of detergent, softener & water. I love the capacity & use of this top loader.

Super easy to use, and does a great job. Love that there is no actuator. Deep tub. Senses the size of the load. Plays a noise when done.

Great washer - Uses a LOT of water in bedding mode though.. But its been really great so far A++

Works amazingly well! Never used this brand before but I am so happy I went with this. My kiddos don’t mind helping with laundry now!

This washer does it all. Wish I had longer arms but I can spin the tub and reach all the clothes. It does a good job spinning the clothes dry.

If you’re considering purchasing this washer. DONT DO IT! I’m literally writing this as I sit here leaning on it to make sure it doesn't mark my load as uneven and refill itself and redo the wash and rinse cycle again for the THIRD time! I follow the manuals instructions and this is still a constant issue. What am I washing you might wonder? One small throw blanket and four standard cotton pillow cases. That’s all it takes to knock this machine off balance and to waste huge amounts of water and time. Also, the button to press to set the washer to just re- do the spin cycle stopped working within a year of purchasing and I have not been able to figure out how to fix that, so I now have to try speed wash when this happens. Otherwise, I am carting sopping wet laundry outside and trying to ring it out enough to put into the dryer. I would give zero stars if I could, it hardly even uses enough water to wash the clothes and still goes off balance. Literally worst washer I could ever imagine

Really like the impellier feature on this machine. Feels like a better wash than my front loader did. Very happy with this purchase

Excellent washer. Spins things very dry which decreases dryer time. Works great for small loads and large. Love it!

I've always been a top-loading washer person. I think this machine is gentle on clothing but still cleans them with success.

I've been using this washer for over a month, and it is working great. I bought it to replace my 15 year old Cabrio and my only complaint is that it doesn't have as many options for cycles. In all other ways it is a very good machine, very well made, and I am quite happy with it.
