Love the ease of use and extra capacity of this washer. We probably use the washer less often because it handles bigger loads. Now adding the comforter does not feel like you're stuffing it in. There is room to spare!

I love LG products. This is the 2nd set of Washers and dryers I have purchased and they are great. Last forever and washes my cloths beautifully. The dryer is large and has lots of options to dry your cloths wrinkle free.They are very easy to use even a teen could operate. Them. I love mine

I replaced a 20 year old washer with this. Firs perfectly, runs quietly, and plenty of capacity. Uses much less water than the old machine. Very pleased.

Poured water out on floor. Tested ok so ran it. Best Buy service was awful. Tried text and phone. Hour later talked to someone and put on hold so she could deal with it. Waited 25minutes and line went dead. So hour and a half. I couldn’t wait so I took the back off. No clamp on drain hose inside machine. Water poured out. Put a good one on and ok. I will be back in there as they use the cheap spring clamp on main hose from tank to pump. I could see them giving out with all the vibration. Poor design or quality control at LG. Good quiet machine now that I wasted a day on it plus cleaning all water up. Forget Best Buy service

Well made washer; deep basket & several wash settings. Some reviewers stated that the spin cycle wrinkled their clothes, but it can be set to medium or low (dependent on selected wash cycle). The high spin cycle is great for removing most of the water from towels. I’ve been using the washer for 2 months & it’s been great.

It’s only been a few weeks, but so far I love it! I had so many problems with my previous Whirlpool Cabrio with unbalanced loads, loads stopping mid cycle, and being sopping wet when done. I’ve done several even LARGER loads with this machine and loads are coming out perfect! Smelling much cleaner too! Very happy with my LG washing machine! BEST BUY was great too, they price matched LG online and I got a great deal!

We were in dire need of a new washing machine. Once we had this LG washer installed and using it for the first time I was instantly looking for more things to wash following the first load, just so I could use it again. Affordable and easy to use, Very impressed.

I researched and waited for a very long time before buying this washer. I had a 17yr old 4.6 cu ft Kenmore Elite with the impeller. This washer has a glass top & the impeller so I can finally see how it works. It's fascinating to watch, is quiet & has done a good job cleaning different types of loads. It did take me more time than I liked to figure out how to make it work, however. It came with a manual that I found rather confusing, so trial & error worked eventually.

It’s been almost 2yrs since we bought our LG washer and it’s been awesome. So much space we easily can wash all our king size bedding. Washes all our clothing perfectly. Awesome features as well.

This seems to be a durable and efficient washer. I have not had any issues so far and hoping that i won't have any going forward. Machine is easy to use.
