    Says it will take 50 minutes to complete a cycle, an hour and a half later I am late for work waiting for the stupid thing to full 100% with cold water, even though it's only 50% full of clothes. Makes a high pitched noise like an old tube TV which would drive me totally insane if it were in the same room as me.

    This is a very nice washer. I like that the settings are adjustable. The “deep wash” cycle is the best for dog blankets. It plays a song at the end of the cycle. 10/10 recommended. I do a lot of laundry everyday and it’s held up nicely.

    Good washer. Doesn’t always get clothes soapy wet on default settings. Have to choose deep cycle and add water pretty much with every load to assure no dry spots during wash cycle. Does an excellent job when you work around the default program/setting issues.

    There is not enough water to saturate the clothes. I was told there are ways to trick the washer into increasing the water level. Who wants to go this for every wash load? I added 1/2 cup of bleach to one wash load and after drying the clothes, the smell of bleach was prevalent in all the clothes. Not happy with LG brands. Wish I stayed with American brands

    I 1000% do NOT recommend this washer. When shopping for our new washer we opted for the larger more expensive model because it didn’t have an agitator which supposedly wouldn’t cause our clothes to wrinkle. Well, that is absolutely not true with this model. No matter what setting or spin speed it is set on, the clothes are spun at high speed and come out a wrinkled mess. When I say wrinkled I don’t mean a couple of wrinkles that would straighten out in the dryer. Even using my iron at high heat couldn’t get out all the wrinkles. At first I though maybe I was putting too many items in. I decided to run a delicate cycle with only 4 t-shirts in it. Those too came out a wrinkled mess. This washer has caused me so much frustration it has turned me off to all other LG products.
