I absolutely adore this machine, as it is the quietest and most efficient I've had. The installation was a breeze, and I was cleaning within 30 minutes. It has a litany of pre-selected options, but allows you a great deal of customization for differing loads. Also, the finishing chime is adorable and not too loud. Consumer Reports rates this model as highest in its class, and recommends this over models that are $2000

Really like having more capacity compared to out old one. Really like not having an agitator. It's quieter than our old one also.

Excellent value for the price. It has a narrow profile but a big tub. It is quiet and plays a happy little tune when the laundry is done. Some may find it annoying. We think it's cute. One criticism is I wish the buttons where a bit more intuitive. It feels like the big central button should be "pushable" to start the laundry. Have seen some complaints about the water level but appears to wash the clothes just fine.

I love this washer. After two front loads we were ready for a top load. If you are short, it is a challenge sometimes to get the clothes from the bottom of the washer. I am 5’2” with short arms. So far have managed well to get all of the clothes out.

Excellent washing machine! Cleans clothes thoroughly, runs quietly, and has efficient cycles to save time and energy. Highly recommend for its durability and user-friendly features.

We were in dire need of a new washing machine. Once we had this LG washer installed and using it for the first time I was instantly looking for more things to wash following the first load, just so I could use it again. Affordable and easy to use, Very impressed.

We've only had this washer for a month, but it does a good job cleaning our clothes so far. Other reviews complain about water levels. If you need to see a lot of water sloshing around, this is not the machine for you. I'm not judging cleanliness on water levels but rather on outcomes. I agree with others about the depth. I am 5'5" and it's fine for me, but I might not be able to reach the bottom comfortably if I was much shorter.

There is plenty of room in this unit for large loads, blankets, comforters etc. And very quiet. Easy to use.

It’s been almost 2yrs since we bought our LG washer and it’s been awesome. So much space we easily can wash all our king size bedding. Washes all our clothing perfectly. Awesome features as well.

Poured water out on floor. Tested ok so ran it. Best Buy service was awful. Tried text and phone. Hour later talked to someone and put on hold so she could deal with it. Waited 25minutes and line went dead. So hour and a half. I couldn’t wait so I took the back off. No clamp on drain hose inside machine. Water poured out. Put a good one on and ok. I will be back in there as they use the cheap spring clamp on main hose from tank to pump. I could see them giving out with all the vibration. Poor design or quality control at LG. Good quiet machine now that I wasted a day on it plus cleaning all water up. Forget Best Buy service

I absolutely love this washer. I chose LG because of the high ratings in Cosumer Reports. I was previously looking at more expensive models but realized that I don't need all those extra bells and whistles that I would probably never use. This model does everything I need and does it well. I was a little reluctant to buy an impeller since I had previously only owned an agitator. But I immediately noticed that my clothes were cleaner and with no damage to delicates. And I have to say, this washer is the quietest washer I have ever used. Even with the laundry room door open we can not hear it at all. I just wait to hear that little jingle to tell me it's done. If you want a good quality washer for a reasonable price, and don't need a plethora of cycles this is a good choice.

We purchased this after having a Maytag front load washer for 21 years. The Maytag was very reliable. The second reason we didn’t buy a front loader is they tend to hold moisture and build up in places that are difficult to clean. So far, this has worked, is easier to operate and does the job. We often use the "Extra Water" setting because the normal setting doesn't seem to be enough. The clothes were not thoroughly wet. This isn't a washer problem; they have to meet the current efficiency rules. Last, the ratings and price was right. It is crazy how much the top end machines cost and I know we will never use most of the additional features.

We absolutely love our LG washer. It’s simple to use, efficient, and does an amazing job of cleaning our clothes that we put in it, no matter what! To top it off, the LG washer-dryer pair are reasonably priced. We would recommend it to anyone in the market for a new, modern washer!

Love my new washing machine so much space without the middle agitator. The only downfall is I’m super short and it’s hard for me to get everything out of the machine. I purchased myself a little hand grabber to get the clothes out that are at the very bottom.

I love my LG washer. I like the large over-sized tub without the agitator. It allows me to wash king size bed spread and my ruggables.

This seems to be a durable and efficient washer. I have not had any issues so far and hoping that i won't have any going forward. Machine is easy to use.

I am very happy with this great washer from LG. Because it has no activator you can fill up the tub with clothes. I washed two comforters together. This washer has a spin cycle that you can select when the load is uneven to drain water from comforters that can cause an uneven load.
