Purchased to synch up with my LG c3 TV and the audio sounds great together. My only real complaint is the use of old school speaker wire and clips instead of a more modern plug for the rear speakers. Also the rear speakers, sound bar, and sub all have to be plugged in individually so prepare an extension cord or place the sub near the left speaker because the power cables are too short.

I paired this unit with my LG 55” OLED Evo C4. Setup couldnt be easier with the enclosed HDMI cable. Just connect ARC output on unit to TV ARC HDMI input. Select Speaker on LG tv remote and select TV Speaker plus ARC tv soundbar and it all hooks up together in LG WOW connection and the surround sound come alive. There is a soundbar remote but never used it because just use TV remote. 500 watts of power too! The separate surround sound speakers work great but are a little tricky to setup. Just know that you only need a power cord for one (left) speaker and the speaker wire carries power to the other one. The woofer sounds great also.

The moment you turn it on, this thing flexes all 9 speakers like it’s warming up for a CrossFit competition. The up‑firing center channel shoots sound at your ceiling like it’s trying to summon Thor, while the wireless rear speakers sneak up behind you with whispers, explosions, and dramatic movie breaths you didn’t ask for but absolutely appreciate.
The subwoofer? That thing hits harder than your cousin who “doesn’t know his own strength.” It drops bass so deep you’ll start checking your floorboards for structural damage. If you ever wondered what it feels like to have your soul vibrate—congratulations, you’re about to find out.
And the Dolby Atmos? It doesn’t just fill the room—it owns the room. You’ll hear rain above you, footsteps behind you, and helicopters so real you’ll duck like someone threw a shoe.
The best part? It pairs perfectly with LG TVs using WOW Orchestra, which basically means your TV and soundbar team up like a musical Avengers squad. They harmonize so well you’ll start wondering if they rehearse when you’re asleep.
⭐ Final Verdict
5 out of 5 stars — This soundbar is fast, powerful, dramatic, and extra… just like you. It doesn’t just upgrade your home theater; it makes your living room feel like it needs a red carpet.

I got the LG S70TR soundbar recently, and it’s been a great upgrade. The sound is super clear, and the bass from the sub really fills the room. Watching movies with Dolby Atmos feels way more immersive, and setup was quick—especially since I have an LG TV. I love that the rear speakers are wireless too. It’s not crazy loud for huge rooms, but for my space, it’s perfect. Definitely recommend if you want theater-like sound at home.

I purchased because i got a new TV that has great picture but horrible sound. A soundbar was a must. I went back and for with this one (on sale) and a JBL. I ultimately went with these due to having full surround sound, rear speakers. So far, I am not regretting my purchase. I will say, you do have to play with the sound setting in the APP to get the best sound for your application. When I watch TV I keep the back speakers unplugged unless.I'm wanting the full Cinema experience on a movie. The unit also flawlessly connects to my phone media with no issues, I would have to change setting in APP to Music and turn rear speakers if I want a loud experience. I sometimes will disconnect from my car bluetooth, open APP, turn on system and play my podcast directly from my car to my home as I'm returning home. One flaw I noticed but I don't blame LG, there have been some shows where the bass will have a pop or surprisingly loud boom. I have confirmed this was always the show or movie, not the system. Would be nice if it didnt happen but I verified it was the show, and it doesnt happen often. The rear speakers, one plugs in to an outlet and one uses speaker wire between the two but the APP also allows you to flipp the left and right sound. The bass can be adjusted in the APP, everything uses the APP. The remote is mostly for imput, volume and power. So far Im impressed with the system.

So far so good. Easy setup, seamless connection with my LGC3. Both HDMI and optical connectivity work great. I listened to music and the sound is outstanding. Watched Dunkirk (a must for aficionados) with the wife and she was impressed.
The wife was skeptical as first, but now she has taken over the remote control! Great buy for the $$$, my son has the same tv and I'm having him over this weekend to try and convince him to buy the system for his place.

Incredible Sound and Easy Setup!
This LG S70TR blew me away! Setup was quick, the surround sound is powerful, and the bass hits perfectly. Dolby Atmos really fills the room — movies and music both sound amazing. Totally worth it for a true home-theater upgrade.

I paid $299 for this while it was on sale. For the price, I feel it is a good product. The sound is good enough for my needs. One downfall is that the rear speakers aren't fully wireless. The left speaker provides power and sound to the right one so there has to be a cable connected between them. I with both were fully wireless.

I purchased this soundbar to compliment my new purchase of an LG OLED TV. This proved to be a terrific choice for me. The sound quality is excellent. It has plenty of sound features, settings and volume. The upward firing center speaker provides noticeable sound clarity. The complimenting sub and rear speakers add great depth when watching a movie that has Dolby sound.

Excellent sound bar for my LG OLED C3 65"! If you're like me, you have probably looked at dozens of sound bars with named that make no sense! Being a consumer in this market is difficult, but after doing a ton of review searching, I decided to get this one.
My living room is roughly 12 feet from the TV to the couch, and the satellite speakers are on a table behind the couch. A long with the sub woofer, the spacial sound is really amazing. I didn't think it was necessary to get a sound bar, but it's a world of difference. The LG TV connects straight to the sound bar through the HDMI arc port, and you can control the sound bar volume with the TV remote when the TV is on.
I believe any higher cost system would be redundant because the size of my room/distance from the TV isn't great enough to warrant more. Personally, I think buying a better bar is a waste of money in this situation. This bar works great and is perfectly clear with the depth of the channels.

I purchased this along with my 65" LG C4 OLED TV to use the WOW Orchestra configuration, and without a doubt the sound is phenomenal! It was easy to pair the subwoofer and the back speakers and I get rich on-screen sound as well as off-screen surround effects!
But I do often get a very annoying popping sound when when executing a play/pause/FF/REW both on my cable/DVR and on the streaming services running from the TV! I submitted a ticket with LG and they suggested a few things that helped, but required changing the WOW Orchestra configuration which noticeably degraded the sound quality, so not a real solution since that's why I bought a soundbar in the first place! There is no firmware update available for this model yet, but hopefully LG will resolve this problem soon!
The upward firing center voice speaker is a little harsh in 'Standard' sound mode, especially on news type programs with mostly talking! I have settled on 'Cinema' mode as the best overall sound quality, great for movies, TV shows and sports, and good for voice!
I look forward to a firmware update from LG that fixes this!

It depends on the source that is being played or viewed. Overall the quality is very good. I have not set up the rear speakers, yet. Even without them I get a surround sound effect that is powerful and brings me into what I am watching or listening to. Had issues at first linking it to the new TV. Rep (Customer service) helped with all my issues. Now I'm a happy camper. Movies, sports and music all sound wonderful.

Put this in a spare den so I didn't need a state of the art sound bar like my main living room has. I have to say the surround sound and quality of these speakers are really good and makes a smaller room sound equivalent to a bigger one. I do have the sub at max level. So if you are looking for earth shattering base, this is not a good fit for you, but if you live in an apartment and don't want to disturb all the neighbors it's just the right amount of base. Note that the rear speakers are wireless, but one of the two has to have a power cord (naturally) but what is different than other systems is that the rear speakers must be connected to each other via one single speaker wire. I just ran that wire under my couch and had not issues. The remote stinks on this system because there is no display on the TV to show you what you are pressing, HOWEVER, the LG app controls this device, and the app is Awesome. Let's you control all aspects of your device. Would highly recommend if you don't want to break the bank, but want a true 5.1 almost Atmos experience.
