    I bought two and each one did not work. The subwoofer was broke.

    Never Buy an LG Soundbar

    My LG sound bar and sub was great while it work. They pushed out a software update that destroyed my sub woofer, literally will not power on and because the update was out side of the warranty they are doing nothing about it. I don't recall companies being allowed to brick their old devices with no consequence but that's the LG way.

    Buying beware

    Despite the high prices, LG soundbars are junk. My subwoofer died in the warranty period. LG product support keeps promising to send boxes to have it shipped to a repair facility. It's been 3 weeks and despite multiple attempts, nothing. They won't acknowledge emails
