this is the best sound bar for the amount you are spending, and sound is way better than any sound bars, Dolby Atmos and DTS:X with wireless subwoofer gives you a cinematic sound, watched few English movies and better than theater experience. plus added 2 wireless rear speaks for 360 surround sound and its amazing. so far so good!

Generally speaking, I love the sound that this soundbar produces. My issue with it is that the wireless subwoofer consistently loses its connection with the soundbar, resulting in the bass frequency dropping out repeatedly for seconds at a time. I am using the soundbar with the 2021 LG C1, so I expected a more seamless experience. Setup was easy and the unified controls with one remote is nice. I also use it as a bluetooth speaker when I want to send music from my phone to the living room, and it does a great job of that. The upward-firing Atmos speakers do provide some nice surround-sound effects, but perhaps do not provide everything I was hoping for in that regard. Overall, I like the speakers but wish the subwoofer was more consistent, especially for the high price of this set. While I would say I'm satisfied, I'm left wondering if I could have gotten a similar quality experience for a lower priced model.

Upgraded from my old stereo box to this, and wow, what a difference. Got it during Black Friday sales for a very good price, and I'm glad I went with it. Needed to fiddle with settings using the LG Soundbar app, but that's sort of expected for something this technical.

So this is a somewhat expensive sound system. But it certainly met my expectations and then some. I have a C1 LG OLED TV. Great tv but terrible sound system. It is almost impossible to understand movie dialogue even in enhanced mode. This bar totally solved that problem as well as adding the Lenny of usable bass. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Paired with the rear speakers this sound bar is all you need for home theatre and even daily tunes. The bass is absolutely phenomenal, you couldn’t ask for more or less. The Google play setup is very annoying but once you figure it out it all works very well. Sound quality is premium. Highly recommend this product!

LG sp9ya soundbar and sub. Had few months bought for a lg c1 tv, for the price and how its been it was very underwhelming. Sound was too low and sub isn't even recognizable as to my old setup that had was loud and clear especially the sub and was a lot cheaper. But i think have it on better settings finally. First, when setting up soundbar i made sure before synced with tv that sounbar was raised to its max cause once synced volume went down and couldnt take advantage of full potential so had to go back and forth syncing and unsycing to get it right. Second, first tried ai pro etc at first sounded good with tv but not with the sounbar. Only use gaming for gaming and then cinema for movies etc., as in manuel toward back says cinema best choice with soundbar which was almost worse choice for just the tv for me, so it flipped with soundbar which seems the best quality... But it was still so low of volume even with the tv soundmode share and set to cinema. So was still too low and sometimes certain media lip sync would be off by milliseconds. So today i turned off the tv soundmode share which lets the volume go up but quality or cinema or gaming etc from tv cant use then. But trying the other option sounbar mode control let the volume go way up and take use of the tv different sounds like cinema which so far seems a whole lot better and worth buying now. Idk why didnt keep at before i know i tried all options, thinking cause sometimes can sound lil off on quality like echoey certain voices or seperated by software to stand out and is annoying to me but after messing with other settings for so long its worth ignoring since louder and better quality and lip sync good. So as writing this tried ai pro with that setting and sounds good like when just had the tv and better than cinema now voice doesnt sound seperated from other sounds now i had to of tried this before maybe another setting prevented from using or didnt have the better hdmi cable yet. Sub lil better but still nowhere close to what im used to, cant even feel vibrations on floor from few feet away but sounbar is loud enough now that doesnt matter. Third, i use earc which tried just arc with cable i had and of course bought better one made for the 2.1 think was maya zeskit 8k 48gbs etc. Which worked better and not too expensive so dont skip out on it, others lot more but does the job for audio. Fourth, and most important is the placement, have tv on stand raised attatched to back of tv stand. So put soundbar directly underneath tv which might of been okay but the soundbars side speakers then lined up with a media cabinet on one side and dumbell weight stand on other side so pulled out to edge of tv stand so they can push the sound out to the walls instead and seems lil better there as well. So make sure you figure out placement in room first. Sidenote.. If bought with tv like the c1, for media must turn off gaming amd and freesync and then the gaming mode itself if use pc input otherwise some media in 4k or hdr etc wont work. Otherwise just keep it at console input so dont have to switch all the time but pc input does make gaming better. Think thats it, before would give it only two stars but now three and a half to four since sub does practically nothing still but least soundbar seems to be a whole lot better now with switched settings did today. For price and 3months to get working without having to keep adjusting sound to hear voice then down cause too loud sound effects.. wouldnt recommend then but now i would if you dont care about the sub working right..or buy on sale.

Been a loyal LG customer for years. Performance and craftsmanship are superb for the price. No need to waste money on Bose or Sonos for a medium sized living room with this system. Pairs perfectly with the separate rear speakers to create a beautiful Dolby Atmos 5.1.4 setup.

Let’s get straight to it…the price tag did make me second guess. But when I unpackaged the soundbar and the sub, went through the simple setup, and ran it through its paces I realized I’d made the right choice. Plenty of depth in a virtual 5.1 setup. Volume kept up until almost the absolute max where I got a bit of distortion, but make no mistake you’ll never need to get anywhere near that. Dolby Atmos kicks on when the audio format is detected, so no real need to do anything exotic. I have this paired with and LG C1, and the sound absolutely complements the picture. I’m giving 4 stars, but only because of the price. Performance is really great.

Perfect match for the LG C1. Easy setup and great sound. Few tweaks in the sound settings menu with the Earc connection and instant theater sound. Will add LG wireless speakers soon for true surround experience. TV remote all that's needed. Highly recommend.

Delivers a great full sound. I live in an apartment, so after much research decided this is the unit for me. Paired it with an LG C1 and the setup couldn't be any easier. The Atmos makes a world of difference. Also haven't had any issue with understand dialogue.

This was an upgrade in sound to match the new OLED screen I bought. It integrates nicely with the LG TV, and the TV remote can control much of the sound. In addition, you can set your smart phone to do the controls very simply. The sound is excellent; I work in broadcast engineering and know some of the sound bars are "artificially" enhanced. This one carries out what the movie or show's producers intended with very near full home theater quality with just one audio bar and the woofer cabinet. While the cost seemed high, once I got it installed I realized that the improvement was more than the price difference!

While the sound coming from our new LG flat screen tv is ok, this sound bar added a big difference in the quality of the sound. It easily paired with the new tv and was definitely worth it. Got it on sale in the runup to the holiday season.

Fantastic for the price. Paired right up with my 65 inch LG TV. Glad that I returned the Samsung Soundbar, this one has worked so well. Great sound that fills my 18 x 30 room. Thanks for the great assistance I received from MAX at the Florence, KY best buy.

Bought to use with my LG OLED tv because it supports Dolby Atmos. Absolutely no problems with installation, the tv detected the sound bar and accompanying remote and connected immediately. There are multiple sound settings to customize your listening experience. The wireless subwoofer is easy to install and worked flawlessly right out of the box. There are soundbars that cost more and others that cost less, but the quality of the sound and ease of installation is what sold me. I also wanted quality sound but did not want a bass response so loud that it loosened the fillings in my teeth. If you’re looking for a thumper, this is not it. Overall extremely pleased with quality of the sound, excellent sale price, quick availability and ease of installation. Five stars!

I do enjoy this product but have a hard time finding a a good volume for most content. 8-11 seems like a good range but often the spoken words in action movies are to soft while the rest of the film is incredibly loud, I've tried the ai pro setting and everything in-between. The set up was insanely easy and because I have an LG tv the sound bar and TV just worked together with no issues ! The subwoofer automatically synced and so did the optional rear speakers. Atmos content is there but not super noticeable.
