Vertical white ghost lines

Installers recommended I go back to Best Buy and see what options I had because LG might require it to be repaired prior to replacing. Manager at Best Buy was awesome, and no questions asked, said they would replace the TV since it was defective upon arrival/installation. Received new TV and no white lines.

It is an improvement over the TV's sound, but not much. It's simply louder with a little more bass. In summary, the sound that comes from this thing is incredibly muddy - no great treble, and no great bass. There's no real equalizer, either. I find myself incessantly fumbling around with the pre-determined sound settings, depending on what I'm listening to. I feel like I'm missing something - again, there's no real "highs" and no real "sub" sounds. It's all incredibly flat sounding. I should've just went the extra mile and coughed up the money to buy the Sonos.

The problem it always needs to be reset to work also the HDMI switching is terrible. I would stay away from this to many connect-ability issues.

I wanted them direct wired. Router and sound bar are directly beneath the tv. Paying for 4K I don't want a wireless interface. Also used a 12' HDMI cable when the tv install manual says to use no longer than a 9' cable. Reported this in two separate chats.

This first one the HDMI connection didn't work. This one the connection keeps failing. One minute it works, then it don't. Don't believe it's worth the money at this point.
