Horrible experience!

When it was connected it sounds decent. But only if you get it on a steep discount. Spend extra and get JBL. That is what I did and couldn't be happier

Wifi for subwoofer. Do not buy this.

This causes issues with Apple TV connectivity. Suggestions to get around this are to dedicate this device on the 2.4 GHz portion of your wifi. That is not a solution.

Underperforming

I bought rear speakers, and they would work on and off. I returned the product. I decided to spend more and bought a Bose soundbar 600. Huge difference. By far better than LG.

I got it heavily discounted and I see why now. WHEN it works it sounds fine- not the Best Buy definitely serviceable. Problem is it doesn’t work all the time. When switching apps, the sound stops and has to be reset. Or sometimes the voice speakers stop during a show and the background music still plays. Needs to be reset. Happens daily. Get literally anything else.

Disappointed with my LG S90QY (no sound)

I connected my PS5 to it and connected the HDMI (eARC) to my smart TV. It produced sound perfectly for the 1 month I had it. However, yestureday I turned it on and it shows the video to my PS5 but no longer produces sound. I would proudly give this review a 5 star rating. However, my sound bar (sound) has went out ultra fast and this shouldnt of happened for the $800 I make monthly payments towards.

No where near price to performance

Not very satisfying

Spend the extra money for a better system

Do not buy an open box

Best buy stated it was in excellent condition but this sound bar was abused and the subwoofer wasn't even the right one that is with this soundbar. Someone exchanged subs and returned this one without anyone at best buy second checking model numbers.

Defective Product

Don't Buy this Product!
