This is my second front load washer and the differences are amazing. This one is so quiet that I forget it's running until the end of wash signal reminds me. It's big enough for king sized comforters, has plenty of cycle choices, and everything comes out clean and smelling good. This unit was at the top of the list in Consumer Reports, and rightfully so. In 30 years, I've never been disappointed when I follow CR recommendations.

Absolutely love this front load washer. It has reduced the amount of time it takes due to its large capacity. It's great for our family of four with two small children ages 4,5. No more spending all weekend doing loads laundry.

This washer is little bigger than my old LG washer (4.8q. ft). It performs very good clothes washing, rinses very throughly, and have the turbo wash function. The washer tub is big enough to wash the big blankets and it runs very quiet. The WiFi connection makes it easy to know when the washer is done washing. Love it

This has proven to be a great washer thus far. I've had it for a few weeks now and love the capacity. It cleans the clothes really well and has reduced the number of loads I've had to do. It's not as quiet as I would have hoped it would have been, but it's ok. The front control panel being attached to the door has been a awkward change for me, but I'm hoping it will hold up over time. The application to run the washer remotely has a lot to be desired thus far. I'm using an apple phone to control it and most things just work - but this did not. For all intents and purposes the mobile app to control it is useless right now, but I'm hoping they will get is running properly as that was one of the main reasons I purchased this washer - for a connected home.

This thing is awesome! Washes huge loads of clothes (family of 4), so I'm not doing laundry all day. One thing to note though is the spin is earth shaking. Our floor vibrates like crazy. Doesn't bother me, but just something to note. VERY heavy; so get help if you need to move it

O MY !! love the washer, washes faster,cleaner than my previous and so quiet !! The capacity is awesome !! I was looking for more to wash but it did it all lol . Not only did I get this item at the best price through best buy but the item integrates with all of the equipment I recently purchased for my smart home. The item is a tier II energy saver which means it uses very little energy throughout the year. Plenty of room for laundry and it fit perfectly in my laundry room. The appliance is quiet. It is a smart washer, so it saves money in the event a part breaks. Just scan the washer with your smart phone or use your smart display and you can identify what part needs to be replaced. Built in ice maker and front door ice maker. Settings for all kinds of fabrics and materials. Get a surge protector to protect the washer. This appliance is computerized.

I love love love my washer and dryer set. And I got it on a great deal. I bought the washer, dryer, and washer pedestal all open box for a little under $2000. This set washer/dryer set including washer pedestal and storage pedestal, easily runs for $4000 msrp. Anyway, a scratch here or there, you don't even notice it and it was definitely worth the savings. The appliances run great. The first time I used it, I washed about 6 loads of clothes and it worked great. The dryer runs great as well. I just haven't connected a hose to the dryer for the steam function but I plan to do it soon. Overall, it's huge so you want to make sure it fit in your space. I'm 5'7 and I'm barely standing over it with pedestals. It can easily wash a king size comforter. That was a huge selling point for me. I just don't see the point of spending a lot of money on an appliance and I have to take my comforter to a laundromat. So happy that is not the case with this machine. It's HE (high efficiency). It doesn't use a lot of water yet cleans really well. You don't have to select load size, it weighs the load on its own and determine the time and amount of water needed per use. So helpful. If there is anything negative to mention is that I haven't been able to connect it to the wifi, just doesn't connect halfway through the process. I need LG to fix it. Buying open-box is a good way to save money. I was hesitant at first but it worked out great. I will say if you decide to buy anything open-box, be prepared that the accessories may be missing. My washer was missing a lot of accessories and I had to go to Home Depot to pick it up. It wasn't so bad but I wish the accessories were attached. I still saved a ton so it's no biggie. Overall, this is probably one of the best on the market, next to Samsung's Flexwash. I'm very happy with it, size, look, and efficiency. I would highly recommend.

this washer is great, I m still a little unhappy about best buy who makes the claim of a best price guarantee. This is such false advertising, the salesman was so helpful and even fund a smoking good deal on the exact items I was looking at including this washer, dryer drawer and drawer washer which he said is no problem to match. However when the manager saw the deal he said no way he could do it, I pressed as to why it was a local competitor and a big box place as well. he agreed and said the price simply too low and he wouldn't match the price. I was very disappointed by that response, he said it wasn't an issue of who the competitor was or that the unit was different just that the price was too low. Best buys website says they will match any price even it is below cost and that is simply a lie based on my experience. I ended up buying it here anyway because I wanted to use the 0& financing but I would advise anyone to steer clear of best buy best price claim.

We've had this for ~1month and are quite happy with it so far. It is quiet and seems to do a very good job washing clothes. It is a little bigger than our old washer (primarily front to back)

Due to a recent recall, we bought a new washer and dryer. This washer is awesome. Cleaner clothes in less time! Multiple settings and connectivity allow us to control our laundry, not the other way around. It's relatively quiet and the capacity is enormous.

There is a reason that consumer reports has this and the matching dryer rated as number one! Even at the highest spin this washer is quiet. It washed my California king comforter like it was nothing. It is roomy with a ton of options that I need because I have a bunch of different laundry needs. The Wi-Fi app is great! Love the light to be able to see the laundry. The installers were also great. They switched the sides the washer and dryer are on even though our laundry room is not plumbed that way! Add that to Bestbuy member pricing where I saved $1,000 for the whole set over anywhere else in the nation and...all I can say is amazing!

I have a family of 4 and this washer can handle all the towels in my home in one wash. I can wash both of my kid's bedding in one wash. I have washed 10 pair of jeans with room left in the washer. The steam feature removes those awful smells from my son's clothes with ease. As a trial run, I washed a load of clean white clothes and this washer removed so much set in dirt that the water in the drain looked like mud. And the wireless app is a bonus because it lets you know when you loads are complete by alerting your cell phone; it tells when you need to clean the washer, your laundry stats, it self diagnoses problems, and allows you to download other more convenient wash cycles. If you want truly clean clothes that smell fresh and look like new, this is THE washer to buy. Worth every penny.

This is a well built, large capacity washer with lots of features. The only weaknesses I see include the followiing. The labels on the bleach, detergent and softener compartments are very difficult to read. This is a really simple problem that should have been fixed in the design phase. The other issue is that the electronic controls not he front are too sensitive so that the slightest brush of your hand activates them without intending to do so. My 5 foot tall wife thinks the washer is too big because she has a hard time reaching the back of it, but it's not problem for me.

User friendly. Lots of options from delicate to heavy duty comforter. Needs very small dash of detergent and clothes are always fresh. Operates quietly. Best ever!!

I absolutely love it my clothes do not stink! The machine is nicely made very low noise and very simple to use

This was one of the highest rated front loaders on Consumer Reports. It’s a larger capacity than we’ve had before. And it was more expensive than we’ve done in the past. Having said that, it handles heavy bedding nicely and when it spins, it doesn’t walk all over our laundry room. Also we don’t have to do as many loads. So far we’re pretty happy. The only thing I don’t care for is the sliding door to put in soap, bleach, etc. it’s not a big issue, I just think it’s a little much.

The product washes large loads of clothes and has various settings that wash well. This washer has WiFi capabilities, however they are very limited. The app can be used to control the cycles, ONLY when the "remote connect" button is pushed on the physical washer. The app will not work unless the button is pressed on the washer. The features do include delayed wash, so that you can set it and forget it, and time it so that the clothes arent sitting in the washer, waiting for the dryer. It has a large capacity for clothes, and it washes the clothes well, but the WiFi feature really is not worth the extra money. At the time, it was only $100 extra for the wifi upgrade, but if I had known the limitations, I would not have been that excited to spend the extra $100.

We wanted a washing machine with larger capacity as we just had a baby. Plenty of settings, really easy to use after initial learning curve. App is the weak point, which honestly in this day and age, automation and use of applications being what they are is unacceptable. Smart features are pretty useless if you own an iPhone. That said we didn't purchase it for smart home features though we have several smart home items, by far the smart features on this are lackluster at best. Machine itself is high quality. Price may seem a bit outrageous but I would say worth every penny.

I love this washer so much that I am unsure where to start! I can fit SO much in to this and it always gets clean - and that is important for a family of five! I often use the allergy and sanitize cycles for sheets and towels and gym clothes. I also got the matching dryer and pedestals and I now have a dream laundry room - both in function and form as they also look beautiful!!!! My husband did not want to get a new washer and dryer but I convinced him and he still thanks me and says it was such a good choice and so worth it!
