In case you were wondering, this is the washing machine that you've been waiting and searching for. Clothing is not cheap. Some are expensive and an investment! I needed a new washer that would do everything well AND would be gentle on my clothing. It is quiet, has wash cycles that are shorter than most other machines I looked at, and my clothes come out of the machine without the difficult to remove stains and without any knicks or lost buttons. Would buy it again in a heartbeat and would recommend it without hesitation.

Huge capacity. Very sleek look. Easily stackable. Holds double what my last washer did and cleans so much better!

I love this washer. It is quiet and works well. My only con would be power button is very sensitive. Holds a nice load of clothes.

Washing machine became available for pickup a day earlier. It replace my 17 yr old LG Tromm. Size much bigger the my old washer and wash comforter with no issue. Very quiet even during spin and rinse cycle. It does not move, i installed it myself, just make sure to use leveler and adjust feet for perfect balance.

This is my first front loader and my first experience with LG , and I must say that it is truly an amazing machine. My clothes have never been cleaner and the efficiency of this washer is night and day compared to my old GE top loader. I purchased this washer about a year and a half ago and now I have just ordered the matching gas dryer with steam feature, and I can’t wait to receive it. I recommend if you have hard water like me , invest in some inline water filters for removing sediment and using washer cleaning tablets at least to keep it clean ( both available on Amazon). If you’ve had experience with electrical surges like me, invest in a good surge protector with a very high Jules rating . Download the LG app as well where you can manage your washes and check status of current loads, it’s a very cool app for LG appliances.

Loving this new machine. Wasn't sure about switching to a front loaded but so far so good. It holds way more laundry than my previous machine that I thought was big. Really love that the machine senses the amount of clothes each time and determines and displays the duration of the full cycle. I don't use any of the wifi settings cause I really don't need to receive texts about my laundry being done. Lots of things to like including now I can put things on top of the washer if needed. Concerns - I didn't think about it much before but with a top loader I would sometimes use the water to rinse or clean stains and then drop the clothes in. With a front loader you cannot do this. I just use a sink now if thats needed. Delivery was great and super fast with a helpful two person crew.

Washing machine works well. It washes, rinses, and wrings the clothes out very well. Large capacity comes in handy especially when washing towels at end of the week. Still waiting my pedestal washer. They originally ordered the wrong one but was able to rectify the situation to my satisfaction.

We are really enjoying this washer. It gets our clothes very clean. It takes a few minutes to figure out how to use it, but it’s pretty easy after that. Ordinarily we don’t like a lot of bells and whistles, because there are just more things to go wrong, so the jury is still out on that part.

i got the washer for my mother for Mother days, and she loves it. She used to take the large blankets and large loads to the laundromats. This machine handles all sizes with ease and quietly, a great buy.

We bought this after having two disasters with Maytag. The first "Commercial" Maytag only lasted two years and the second "Commercial" Maytag (different model) only lasted one! Shame on us for buying Maytag twice. This LG however is the exact opposite of those two Maytags! It actually cleans our clothes, which neither Maytag did, and hopefully will last much longer than they did! We owned LG for 6 years before we moved and loved that washer too, so we feel that it will last at least that long and probably longer as when we moved, it was still working great.

I got this washer 4 months ago and this washer changed my home routine.LOVE IT, LOVE IT,LOVE IT. I was using before samsung washer, and i was trouble with it then I trashed it. I searched many brand washer and decided to buy lg washer. I am using it on second floor , it is not noisy when it spins, there is a many option for cycle.. Turbo wash cycle is amazing. For speed wash there are two option;15 minutes and 30 minutes. 15 minutes is perfect for when you need emergency laundry. I am so happy I have this washer. I highly recommend who are looking for washer and cannot decided.

I was originally looking for a top load washer, but ended up buying this front load washer. I’ve had it over a month now and am really happy with my decision. It’s definitely getting my clothes and towels cleaner, I’m using less laundry detergent and it has many wash options. It’s WiFi enabled and using the app is helpful. I receive alerts on my cell telling me when each load is complete, when to do certain maintenance things like sanitizing the inside, and general usage & electricity usage.

Just got my LG Washer. Hope it will fit a King size bed spread. That’s why I actually got the 5.2. My old LG was big but this seems huge. I ran one load and I love it. I get my pedestals next weekend. I can’t wait!

We purchased this unit because of the large capacity. It makes washing blankets such a breeze! The smart features are pretty cool. We never used a washer that connects to a phone.
