I believe that I will have very less electricity bill next time. Previously I was using a GE top load washer and it is running 1 or 2 times per day. Sometimes it doesn't wash well and then we do rewash. After 4 yrs of struggling I decided to switch to front load washer. After lot of research I landed in LGs latest 5.2 mega capacity smart washer. Now my washer using getting down from 1 or 2 times per day to per week(hooray). Turbo wash is excellent and it is pretty amazing that all cloths are very neat and clean. Its smart features gives notifications for wash complete, washer cleaning time, auto adjusted wash time and so more. So far I am very happy with new LG 5.2 mega capacity washer ( Model:WM8900HBA)

High capacity really makes a difference. No more laundromat visit to wash comforters and bedspreads.

Excellent washing machine that actually does a fantastic job cleaning the clothes while high RPM spin cycle means we need less time drying. Also the larger capacity of this unit and speed wash means laundry gets done faster.

The wife absolutely fell in love with the Front Load Washer. She no longer has to go to the laundry mat for extra-large items like carpets and king size blankets--7th heaven!!!

We have used our LG washer for about 2 weeks now and are very happy with it. It is very large and easily fits a King comforter. The bkack stainless steel is very pretty especially with the matching dryer. The display screens are very nice.

Excellent washing machine with a lot of power in the motor, it can wash very heavy clothes and leave them very dry. I am very happy with the way it can wash even the heaviest clothes without any problem.

Have had no issues. Cleans really well. Wished it would allert you for a cleaning cycle.

Great washer! The load capacity is huge & easily fits out need for 2-3 people laundry/week in a single load. Machine is also surprisingly quite.

I shopped around to find the perfect set for me and my family’s needs. The amount of space this offered was just what I was looking for. I placed the order online and in a few days the delivery guys had it installed and ready to go. They were kind and made sure I knew how to work the features on my new washer and dryer. Wish I could leave 6 stars!

I Have had this washer since August 2024. Within a few months, the washer started vibrating and moving closer to the back wall. It is a very heavy unit and I have trouble moving it back. I called LP warranty and was told to contact Best Buy "because they installed it". LP diagnosed it as an installation issue over the phone! Despite having purchased a protection plan with Best Buy, they told me it was an LP warranty issue. I called LP back and got nowhere with them. Now the washer is making loud banging noises and the sud do not drain, forcing me to wash some loads twice. I called LP again and was lectured on how to do laundry correctly. I was told to use the tub clean feature three time in a row, despite telling them I clean it monthly. Again, they diagnosed it over the phone (my fault!) and warned me that I would have to pay for a repairman's time if he cannot find any issue with the washer. But he would not schedule one until I cleaned the washer three times. I advised him I have had nothing but trouble with the washer since Day 1 but got nowhere. I could tell he was reading off some script. I guess I will have to wait until the washer totally breaks down.

I didn't originally go in to buy this washer. I actually was looking for the slightly smaller one, but this one was more readily available. I am so glad that it worked out. I love the capacity and washing all our clothes in less loads and less time. It is so much nicer for our family of 5. I especially love washing all of our king size bed linens.

More of a review on Best Buy… The washer is great & we love it. Best Buy has always been my go to place & this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with Beat Buy. We bought the washer/dryer set. The dryer was delivered within a couple weeks. The washer scheduled a month later. A couple days before delivery we were notified it was being pushed back by more than a month. I tried calling the # back I received the call from, left messages & finally gave up. Went to the store for some answers & was told they couldn’t provide any info as it had been escalated to a customer support specialist. She finally called back & provided some answers, but couldn’t do anything to offset the inconvenience until after delivery. A few weeks later when checking the app I discovered the washer was back in stock & could be delivered sooner. I went thru the app to reschedule. Disappointing Best Buy couldn’t have made the effort to let me know it was now available sooner & make delivery arrangements. Since then, I have called to # back for the support specialist, left messages, but still no response. Worst customer service experience I have ever had with Best Buy. Will reconsider when shopping for large appliances in the fire as a result.
