I have been really pleased with this washer. With a house hold of five, its extra large capacity really helps cut down on the amount of time spend doing laundry. The numerous settings have also been helpful in selecting the right cycle for what is being washed. I would definitely buy this washer again.

Cleans clothes awesome, we had the old machine for 15 years. This machine is smart, saves water and time. Dryer times have reduced 40% due to how good this machine spins water out of the clothes. We couldn't be happier with this purchase. When Dryer goes we will match it up with this machine.

I reviewed washers before I purchased this one. I looked at several LG models but this one did everything I needed. You can actually wash pillows and large bedding in this tub. Fantastic washer. I gave it five stars.

Cleans clothes well. Very deep and squeaks occasionally. But overall I'm happy with my purchase.

I have only used it for a few weeks, but I love it so far. It plays music for each function. It spins the clothes just as good as the old agitator style without the risk of damaging them. It also senses how much clothing you put in it, and only uses enough water for that size load. The music it plays for each function is kind of neat.

We purchased this 8 months ago and we still love it. Makes the settings for loading and washing clothes so much easier. Love the open center for better loading and washing awkward items (like quilts, bedspeads, pillows, and more).

Can wash more clothes in one load than my previous washer. Simple to operate.

Great for s household that normally does 6-8 loads every week. First , I could reduce the number of wash due to the size of the tub. Second, the washer allows me to efficiently wash baby spills and diaper leaks. Third, gets my husband’s sweat and stains out of his clothes.

I guess it’s good for a small wash but not sure about a big wash. Not sure of big loads cause there’s not enough agitation. Maybe I’m missing something.

I live this washer, tub is very big and deep. Can download different washing cycles and touch transfer it to the machine. On the other hand my wife hates it. She cannot reach all the way to the bottom so I have to come get the laundry.

I bought this in dec 2017 for our new house. its working great so far, initially was giving an error but it was because the installation crew didn't open the water enough to load the washer fast enough.

My wife convinced me to go with a top loader over our front loader. I am glad she did. This machine has a large capacity and we were able to wash our very large king comforter. It has so many features we are still learning about them. Our clothes smell more fresh than ever.

Does a good job. With no agitator it looks huge. Very quiet.

This washer has lots of customizing cycle combinations and is easy to operate. The controls are intuitive and work as expected. The smart phone feature is the only drawback. It only works with an android phone, but its not needed to use this washing machine.

I was hesitant with it not having an agitator, but after seeing it work all doubts are gone. It will sense how big the load of laundry is, and adjust the water accordingly. Also the spin is quite powerful. I’ve been very pleased with this washer!
