better tan my old whirlpool cabriolet hi tech yet easy to program for different loads also much quieter my sheets come out with fresh smell as do the towels not so pleased with the price but expect this washer to outlast the previous one

I like this washer. It handles super large loads and small loads. Plenty of useful settings. No agitator saves wear and tear on your clothes. The tub is really deep. I'm 5'6" and I have to stretch to unload it. That might be a problem for shorter folks.

This is a great washer and my wife loves it. She loves it so much she won't let me touch it, which is great because no more washing clothes for this guy!

My last two machines have been front-loaders and with all of the advancements in capacity in top loaders, I decided to return to a top-loader. I actually like it. A lot. The clothes feel like they are very clean. I don't miss my front-loader at all.

Only one issue I wish we would have known about. That is on the first several loads of washing, the sprayer that sprays from the top of the drum on the rince cycle, made a very obnoxious noise due to air in the line. We did not realize that this would clear up after several loads. Not knowing this, we had Best Buy do an exchange for us. By the time the delivery crew delivered the replacement washer to us, the problem cleared itself up (the air purged itself from the line). The delivery people went ahead and swapped out our machine, and yes we had the same air purging issue with the replacement washer! By this time we knew what was going on and the obnoxious noise from purging air at the sprayer cleared itself after several loads of wash. I just wish someone at Best Buy would have informed us first off, however maybe they didn't know, which is why I am writing this review. Other than that, no problems. Love this washer. Smooth and quiet operation. Stainless steel drum is very nice. Glass top very attractive, and you won't forget about that load of wash you did earlier today!

I wouldn’t have bought this one if it wasn’t at the outlet store because of the cost, but I’m glad I found it there. This thing works great so far. The capacity is unbelievable and the clothes come out nearly dry and clean.

Excellent product keeps the trips to the garage down to a minimum. Gives me the option of only washing once a week with it's huge capacity. Self sensing works great and i can also choice quick cycles if need. Great product beautiful washer..

Very impressed with how big the tub is. I can fit my quilts in there with room to spare. Does an excellent job of clening my kids clothes. Doesn't rip my thin t-shirts as my old washer did. Has many options to fit every load type you may have.

I am switching from a front load washer to a top load. I notice my clothes come out much cleaner with a top load vs the front load. It works better at removing stains from fabric. I believe that the added water feature is what makes the difference.

We really like not having the agitator to snarl clothes. The back and forth force of the water by the movement of the tub has done a good cleaning job on the loads of wash we've done during the month we've owned this unit.

Holds a ton of clothes, twice as much as my old washer. Load sensor adjusts amount of water and time for washing. This thing is awesome and the jingle to let you know your clothes are done is so much better than the Boooooonnnk from my last one.

I bought this for my mom and she absolutely loves it. She says it cleans much better than the one it replaced. It uses up a lot less detergent and fabric softener than her previous one as well. Will be buying her the matching dryer soon.

I think this washer is smarter than I am. There are more cleaning options than I know what to do with. The dial and touch screen panel are really user friendly. I assumed this would wash clothes faster than my last one but it's negligible at best. Bottom line is that clothes are clean and fresh so it works for me.

All I want to say is that this washer is amazing. The washer replaced one I had for about 5 years that seemed like it was working fine till I used this LG washer. I've had it for about a month or two and my clothing never been cleaner. It's removed stains that I thought would never come out. I have a family of four and think the machine might be a little big but at the same time I enjoy that I can wash my king size comforter without any problems. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with a family who has to do big loads of laundry.

Had a hard time finding a good washer that looks great with our appliance setup. This washer that's part of the LG collection looks GREAT with all the other pieces and dark espresso cabinets. Works pretty good too.

Love my new washer - which replaced an LG washer. It is super capacity and it means it - its interior is BIG. Just make sure you don't have any coins or small pieces of stuff in your pockets or they can jam the cylinder.

I replaced recalled Samsung washer. This top load HE washer cleans my clothes much better than Samsung did and I can see the clothes submerged in water, not just wet. I like the extra rinse feature. It is fairly quiet but louder than my very quiet Samsung. Overall cleaner clothes are a huge improvement.

Had to purchase a new washer due to our breaking down. Glad we went with this. It is quiet, top loader, extra rinse cycles, and you can pick your water level fills as well.

We are a family of 5 with pets. So, you can imagine how much laundry we do. This washer is perfect for us. Gentle on clothes with a huge capacity for a great price. Couldn’t be happier with my choice.
