I checked consumers reports reviews on this product before I bought it. It is one of the highest rated by them, so I was only looking for an LG product. I love my new washing machine and will buy LG products in the future.

Go this LG washer as a replacement for Samsung washer I purchased previously which was a subject of a major recall by the manufacturer in 2016. So far, I am happy with the new LG washer and am happy with its performance.

We needed to replace a worn out Maytag washer. The LG had great reviews online and from a friend. The capacity is so nice. I do less laundry now, our clothes smell clean and dry quicker. The washer is very quiet too.

Love the look!!! It's quiet while washing. Even though it uses less water clothes really come out clean. Love that I can set it up to my likings. And that I can stop it to add a garment. Highly recommend it!!!!

We have had this washer about 6 weeks and love it. The size of the tub is great. I can fit a kings size comforter and complete sheet set in it. Now e just need to get the dryer to match the size of the tub.

impressed with all the cycles and ease of using them. Trying different combinations with various garments. I had a GE Profile and this washer is light night and day comparing to the old washer.

Love the simplicity but the power behind this washer. Quiet cycle. Pleasant signals - no loud beeps! The soap and fabric softener parts self-clean on each wash - no more yucky mess.

Love this washer! The cycle choices are good and all are customizable. It never gets out of balance, even with heavy blankets or towels. it is quiet.

1st off, we have had this washer for just over a year, & we love it. This washer holds an incredible amount of clothing and has plenty of available wash options to meet our needs.

Had to replace a 15 yr old top load 'standard' washer. New machine is also top load but HE. Larger capacity but takes some time to get used to. Bedding loads take longer but overall clothes come out clean which is what matters most. Clothes do come out drier, so hoping to gain some savings on water usage and dryer time. The real test is how well it performs a year from now.

Best Buy has a great offering of washers. Our situation required an advance purchase for our new home. We were able to purchase ahead and arrange for delivery on an expected date. The delivery process and setup team from Best Buy are to be commended for their professional approach on setup and explaining the basics with regard to first operation and user interface. Other notes posted on LG Washers are correct, that the inital two wash cycles were loud, as the machine is working air for the supply lines. The washer operates beautifully and this LG washer currently has a happy home. Thank you to Best Buy for guiding us on our purchase, thank LG for manufacturing a great washing machine.

This washer saves you a lot of time washing with the large tub and saves on the amount of water it takes to complete your weekly washing time cycle.

Great machine with a LARGE capacity. You definitely can put lots of items in the machine. I’ve already washed our King comforter and it handled it like a champ! I am still learning all the features and cycles. Definitely a great find!

Shortly after our purchase the washer started making a loud squeaking noise. The repair technician told us it's a known issue and nothing we've tried has fixed it. It does clean well but an otherwise quiet machine is noisy.

I replaced my old, front loading washer with this top loading washing machine, and I am very happy with it. So far, it works better than my old machine and the cost was fantastic.

Gets clothes clean with less water. Had an agitator type before so was skeptical but does a great job and is quiet. Looks great and has a glass lid so you can see the wash cycle.
