After 2 month, we are very happy with this product. It is quiet and does an excellent job. Prior to this purchase we had a GE machine that was horrible and we finally had to replace it after 2 and a half years of continuous issues. We are also very happy that we made the purchase from Bestbuy.

Wish I would be able to stop a load and pick up where it left off when I get back home. But the water drains after you stop it. I tried to redo the load but it sensed it was a big load because is was heavy do to the clothes being wet and filled the tub to the top with water!! I would still recommend but wouldn't start a load if you are planning on leaving the house before it's done.

We love the settings on this washer. It's very quiet and has a pleasant time when finished.

It has taken some time to learn the features of this washer. Keep the manual nearby for referral as to how to use the cycles. Clothes come out clean. Do not use too much detergent. So far I have no concerns. Appreciate the Best Buy sales staff who were so helpful in choosing this model.

Wash machine seems to work pretty well operation wise. However, the machine does not appear to level correctly. I have leveled it per the instructions. It also says to make sure the wash machine drum is centered. It is not even close. If you adjust the feet so the drum is centered, the machine is way off level. I called LG. They said they could send someone out. It seems to work ok so we will see how it goes.

So far no complaints on this unit. It is a bit louder than my last front loader, but nothing worth complaining about. One note, if you use tide pods (or similar) make sure to put those in before you put in the clothes, otherwise they might not dissolve all the way, especially in large loads.

I needed to get a washer that fit in my existing space and was a top loader. This one fit the bill and does a great job. It uses less detergent, takes less time and cleans my clothes better than what I owned before. The controls are easy to use, yet I have all the options I need for various types of loads.

I've had this washer long enough to know if it's reliable. I have had no trouble and I'm very happy with it. Bestbuy was generous to give us credit on a Samsung we had purchased from them that had been recalled. Glad we went with the LG. I wish I could change the tune on it though.

Great washer with all the options! I’ve owned an LG washer for 10 yrs and decided to replace it with another LG brand. No issues with this washer, and I know it’ll last for a long time.

This is a big washing machine! Lots of room for a twin comforter maybe a full as well. All the preset cycles you'd expect in a modern machine I end up only using a few. The machine makes a lot more noise than my old Samsung front loader; it also has a decent amount of movement on spin cycle, etc.

My last high efficiency washer didn’t seems to get my clothes the cleanest...I could still smell deodorant on the clothes when I would take them out. NOT the case with this washer! Clothes smelling fresher than ever and I can wash a lot of clothes at one time.

Everyone at Best Buy was very helpful I have always had Good Luck with LG products and I like Top loading washers so I was very happy when I found this one at such a great price with everything I needed. It also had the stainless Steel tubs and the sanitary setting.

I’ve had this washer for a couple of weeks but it is doing well so far. I’m still figuring out how to use it but it seems fairly easy. Good results thus far. The installers were efficient and courteous. Answered all my questions. Thank you.

We bought open box item, it's quiet and efficient.

This is a great washer. Fits our king size comforters and everything. Normally always use the “high soil” setting but there are many options. Clothes come out pretty dry from the spin cycle. So a longer wash cycle but shorter time in dryer
