Purchased this washer just over a month ago and we are pleased so far. Super large capacity, lots of features and very quiet. Does a great job getting the clothes cleaned and adjusts to load size automatically.

No issues so far. Very large tub and works great!!!!!

Purchase this machine after our previous one broke. After about two months of use we continue to be very satisfied in impressed. Claims close very well with minimal use of water. Strongly recommend you take a look at this one.

The washing machine holds a huge amount. I washed twice the amount of bedding in it than in my last machine and it handled it with ease.

Replaced an old whirlpool front loader that was on its last legs and full of mold! Based on my research this LG was just what i needed. You just need to figure out what settings work best and your good to go!!

Large capacity washer. Could fit 8-10 pairs of jeans, although they wouldn’t fit into the dryer without getting wrinkles. The tub is very deep. I’m short and can barely reach the clothes on the bottom on my tiptoes.

Cutting laundry time in half! Love the top loader, not more smelly side loader and I can even add additional washing setting (Cell phone app). Cannot complain, I even noticed my water & electric bill go down.

I was looking to replace my frontloaders with something g that was not front loading, as those units were not all there were hyped to be. This unit was not priced too high, but still had nice features. It has worked well for us thus far. Nice that there is no agitator for a top loader. That was key for us.

have had it over a month now. love it so much!! we do about 5-6 loads a week with the 6 of us in our household. The whole sensing and water level is something to get use to, but things come out clean.

This washer is great! I love not having an agitator and it spins the clothes almost dry so very little time is needed in the Dryer. Having the choices of 12 cycles makes it easy to wash anything without damage.

Clothes are drawn to the center of the tub and never spread out evenly. This is especially noticeable with sheets. They bunch into a ball with everything wrapped inside. When the load is finished everything must be pulled apart. The features available on the panel are reasonable but I'm very disappointed in the performance of the so highly rated machine. I think a front loader would perfume more efficiently. Doubt I would purchase another LG.

We purchased this washer based on the great reviews. Unfortunately, we got a lemon. Initially, I was not mad, things happen right? and We called LG & asked them to give us a new washer (the same one, we didn’t even ask for an upgrade). LG said they wanted to send a repair person to see what was wrong with it. The repair contractor was shocked that the machine was new as he said the repair was comparable to needing a new engine in a car you just purchased. He said we should call LG and get our money back. He said he would need to take the machine to fix it. He had it for a week! When’s we got it back, it was still making a horrific sound but not as bad. I tried using it for a week and the sound just got worse. It also leaked. We called LG again and they said we couldn’t get a new one and they would send another repair person. We also found out the initial repairman noted that it leaked in his report. Seriously? And he returned it to us like that?? We said we wanted to return it but since the intial repair man took it for a week, we were out of the Best Buy return window. To get to my point. DO NOT BUY THIS WASHER. We paid for a NEW washer and less than 1.5months in we have a “refurbished” one that still doesn’t work correctly. The Best Buy salesperson was easy to work with. We do not hold BB accountable for this but warn others not to purchase LG products because of their terrible customer service. Since I can’t give the machine itself zero stars, I’m dedicating the one star to the salesperson at BB.

Love the glass top and I was amazed to see how conservative it is on water when I used it the first time. Not having an agitator is no problem with this European design. Love it!!

I don't like how the fabric softener setting is a default and I can't figure out how to change it so every time I do a load I have to take off the fabric softener option. The programed settings are not ones that I use regularly and I would prefer to see a sports load setting

I’m still trying to figure the washer out. It works great but it’s a little noisier than I wanted. And if you use a setting it has a pre-set amount of water, which isn’t always efficient.

I purchased the washer and dryer for my daughter and son in law. I own this set myself it’s been the best set I’ve owned so far. They’re just as happy with it.

Had the machine about two weeks and have had zero problems. Fits a lot of clothes, washes well, quiet cleaning with a friendly little chime at the end. Cheers LG
