Was in the market for a washer and dryer set, really like the LG brand, these were floor models on open box special so it was a no brainer!

My wife loves this machine. There are a few things she would trade for like the bleach dispenser that can and will rust as all machine have now. But super quiet and easy to use

We had older model that just wore out we loved it so we got newer model and it’s wonderful. Clothes are very clean. Fast washing on normal cycle.

I can do an entire stand up basket of towels in one load. Washing king size bedding all together. Highly recommend this for big family.

The washing machine seems pretty good. It is louder than I expected. Also it is replacing a LG washing machine that I purchased 6 years ago, which is not a long time before I had to replace it.

It was a little hard at first to use because it has so many feature cycles. After reading the manual and getting use to the new machine I love it!

The first washer I purchased had a defect that caused it to leak into the washer, but Best Buy quickly came out and replaced it. No problems since.

This washer exceeds my expectations. The control panel has multiple features which allows me to customize the instructions. I especially like the fact that I can add more water to the load. With the glass lid, I can see the water is covering all the clothes. The drum is huge! I am very happy with this machine.

We bought both the washer and dryer. Booth offer great features on top of style is great performance. I would definitely recommend.

Have owned several LG washers. Wouldn’t buy any other brand. This washer is large enough for the entire families clothes.

Awesome washer, I can do our weekly washing in 2 loads. One for whites and one for colors. Such a large drum, great for sheets and blankets!

Washer works well and is durable. Would prefer a different buzzer sound and an easy quick wash cycle without having to adjust every step of the wash cycle
