This is the first major appliance I’ve purchased and I feel very let down. The lack of an agitator shows, the clothes come out squished together, they never feel quite clean. I had this for 6 months and sold it so I could buy an old used Kenmore with an agitator.

I can now wash my comforter and pillow cases together without them being squished together. The washer has plenty of cycles to choose from for different kinds of loads. I also like the cute alarm sound when the load is finished.
