The machine works great and is really quiet. The tech that installed it was very efficient and answered all of our questions.

Washing machine worked great for 12 months. Exactly 13 months after purchasing it started sounding like an airplane was taking off and vibrating terribly. I tried to get into my LG account online and it would not let me in. Of course it was the weekend and when I called the 800 number I was transferred to someone in the Philippians who couldn't help at all whatsoever. Very dissapointed in the product and the service.

Washer is large and works well the only reason I did not give it a 5 is sometimes I get error messages when running on the program on speed wash.

This is my first experience owning LG. I am very happy with my washer. So easy to figure out, very efficient, and you do not hear it running. Our clothes have such a clean feeling when you pull them out of the washer. There is no residue, or the feeling of soap still in the clothes. One very happy mom with this amazing machine.

I hate this washer and dryer. It's main capability seems to be twisting and knotting everything up and not removing stains very well. Always have to go to bleach for white clothes. Dryer just balls up sheets and towels so half the load doesn't dry. I have had buyer's remorse since 30 days in. Amazingly sucky for the hype and price. I would go back to Miele in a split second. Front load has to be better.

So far so good; the only thing that I do not like is the time that it spends washing, which I think it is too much.

We replaced our long standing washer and dryer with LG products that had a history of positive reviews. Still too early to assess product performance

The machine works well. I have to make sure I follow the detergent guidelines. I'm going to switch to pods and see how that goes.

This machine let me down from the 1st wash. It uses a minuscule amount of water and gently swishes your clothes around. I tried my best to like it but time and time again it just couldn't get the job done, even my toddlers clothing came back dingy. The "heavy duty" mode worked the best to wash clothes with better results, but who has 1.5 hours to wait for each load to complete? I returned this machine within the 2 week return policy, good riddance. I exchanged it for the LG 3770HWA, even though we had to remodel our laundry room for it to fit. The LG 3770HWA is a dream machine, from the 1st wash, the difference was night and day!

This washer seems to use more water than the front loader but nice and big for loading lots of clothes.

This washing machine turned to be a life saver especially when my old washing machine broke down. The various options on this new LG product definitely helped in washing different types of clothes in different batches. The amount of water it uses is also conservative there by helping to save water. Definitely would recommend this product

I bought a set new washer and dryer - dryer went out after two week of usage thus I am not excited about the brand

Replaced my former 2-year old LG with this model. Love the size of the drum. Still getting used to the shorter time settings. Guess they tweaked the load sensing a bit. First didn't spin quite right since clothes were wetter than expected. Boyfriend did a trial run and said this one was better.

Handles Big loads well. Checking the wash through the glass is very helpful.

What use to take me a total of 1 1/2 hours to wash & dry now can take up to 3 1/2 hrs. So much time is used shaking, sensing & spinning. Another problem is it uses so little water that it often doesn't even cover the clothes and seems to be much rougher on my clothes. There are a lot of settings but they don't all work with every program.

I feel I would be remiss in my in by duties as a responsible consumer by not writing this post. 2+ years old and this washing machine has a failed logic board (touch pad). After weeks of research and phone calls we were told last week that LG no longer manufactures the part, or a suitable replacement. We have replaced the $1000 washing machine with a highly rated Maytag and when the dryer fails we will be purchasing the matching Maytag dryer. LG has lost my trust in their products.
