No complaints about the washer. We used it almost every day. It is a low water use type washer and saves on the water bill. It's reasonably quiet. It cleans cloths without damaging them or ripping off buttons. It's a good washing machine.

I wanted a machine, that had a large capacity, and was quite. Success on both. Quality is always a must.

The online reviews of this washer were well worth the research. This washer is terrific. There's no bulky agitator in the center of the tub and still the clothes are cleaned quickly and quietly on the normal cycle. The larger wash tub allows me to wash rugs at home, quickly and easily. I've only used a few of the other cycles. They've all performed well. There are 12 cycles total. The sensors allow the machine to only use the necessary amount of water. This is why a rebate from the water company applies to this machine. Initially I was wary of the lack of control over the water level. This disappeared quickly. This washer is a gem. It gets the job done clean and efficiently. Well done.

We have had this washer now for over 7 months. It's quiet, it cleans great and you can fit quite a bit inside. We can wash our winter comforter, (Heavy) plus all the sheets and pillow cases with room to spare. This is by far the best washer we have ever owned

This is our first washer without an agitator. We are amazed that the clothes move around as much as they do. The capacity is huge, clothes wash well, and the spin cycle is crazy fast, which has helped the dryer to work better.

We’ve had it for a week and it is a huge improvement over a HE front loader. Clothes are cleaner and it can handle almost twice as much. This was an issue with the old washer because we have very heavy loads. Coming out clean, no issues.

There's a little bit of a learning curve but once you figure it out it's a nice machine. Cleans laundry well. HUGE capacity which is nice with 4 kids. It even sings you a song when it's done. Makes my kids laugh every time!

This washing machine is able to handle large loads like bedspreads and cleans them in record time. I found the settings a little difficult to figure out and the book wasn't always helpful but I was able to figure it out after a while of playing with the settings. I've had the machine for just 6 weeks but so far I am very happy with it.

So far this washer has been fantastic! We’ve had it almost a month. It has a very large capacity, good cycle times, clothes come out very clean. I can’t think of one bad thing to say about this washer. Very happy my research paid off!

My LG top load washer is so easy to use. It automatically determines the amount of water needed for each load. It accommodates large loads and yet I use so much less detergent. Fewer loads, clean clothes. Life is good!

Great washing machine,easy to use,does a great job of getting clothes clean and after cleaning gets rid of almost every ounce of water in clothing resulting in very little drying time......A WIN WIN!!!

Love this washer’s capacity and efficiency. My only complaint is the amount of wrinkles it causes in my hang to dry clothes. It washes vigorously getting the clothes clean but it is harsh on the fabric.

Love my new LG washer. I never had so many different options to wash all kinds of laundry. And it washes everything with ease and is a lot quieter than my last washer. And the loads come out clean.

After a lot of research I went with this washer. With the 5.2 I am able to was my king size comforter with ease. Best of all is that it is SO quiet and with my open concept floor plan, that was a must for me!

This washer is very different than our last machine which was over 10 years old. We like the fact that it doesn't have a center agitator so that you can put in more clothes. It cleans really well.

Better than expected. This is my first major LG purchase. Very quiet machine with great features and very easy to use. Clothes come out dryer than with old washer which saves time and energy in the dryer. Very satisfied so far.

So far I love this machine. I have gone through 2 machines in the last 6-7 years. A repair man told me to only by a direct drive machine. I am so glad he recommended this model. It's very quiet and does a great job!

The number of times we have used our washer so far has shown we made a very great choice. This machine is extremely quiet and the clothes came out very clean and spun dry, and made drying go far better and quicker.

I needed a larger capacity washer, but was skeptical of a new washer without the classic agitator. I've done quite a few loads now & I'm happy to report that it works exceptionally well.
