This washer really is the best. There is minimal sound, a lot of room, and no agitator (this last point helps with clothes not ripping). I'm happy I made this purchase

I'm loving my new washer. It's quiet and washes thoroughly. Spin cycle is great. Clothes don't need a lot of drying. The wash cycle seems long. Overall I am very happy.

Quite plays music when finished. Cleans well. I would like it better if the water levels were higher! I always select more water button. Does pre- time load time, you can't change. Avg medium load wash with softener 1 hour 15 minutes.

Great washer, its fast, works great. Easy to use. Leaves clothes extra clean! I just love it! I have not used all the features on it yet but so far an great investment.

This was the floor model I got on sale. It is a hige capacity washing machine. It has washed most everything that I do well. Easy to keep clean.

My wife loves this new washer as we had bought a new Samsung washer due to a recall but the new one had issues with the top making noises and they couldn't fix it so we returned and we are sure glad we did!! This washer is so much quieter than the Samsung!! It also get the laundry done a lot quicker! It has a lot of cycle options and cleans the clothes without using a ton of water! The towel mode makes the towel feel like brand new! The top doesn't make a noises and closes slowly so you will never bang it closed accidentally! I am glad we were forced to return our other one and got the LG instead!

Very happy with washer. Holds a lot, functions much better than our previous front loader, and plays a tune when ready rather than a buzzer! Nice touch!

After two front load washers (two top brands) only lasting 7 and 8 years respectively, we decided to go back to top load. My have things changed! There is no agitator, it can wash blankets and quilts, and uses water based on the load (all the reasons we went to front load). It has a great selection of cycles, and if you need a special one, you can download it via your phone. It's also nice to reach in the top instead of bending down to move the clothes to the dryer. We certainly hope this one lasts, as so far we are very impressed and really like it!

It washes my cloths very well with no greasy stains on my whites; uses less liquid detergent to wash a circle of cloths. Less noise with a timer alert

This top loading machine is a change from the front loaders our family has been using for many years. We like the features that allow speeding up the washing process, such as Turbo Wash and Speed Wash. However, the technology built into the newer Energy Saving appliances does create issues. The small amount of water used for normal operation does not always allow the load to wash/spin properly causing the machine to stop the cycle. Fortunately, this model includes the function to add extra water to the load. We find we must use this function for nearly all loads we wash.

Bought this washer to replace a smaller front load washer. As a family of 5 we have cut down on number of loads washed due to the much larger capacity. Also not compromising on how clean the clothes came out with the larger loads. I had read many reviews on top load to front load washers and to each its own is how I see it. Our clothes come out clean and undamaged. We did look at the same LG washer with the steam function but opted to get this one without the steam since we bought the pairing LG dryer with the steam function. Overall great machine!

This washer is great! Cleans everything and can handle big loads including bedding!! Love that I can do big loads for my family of 5 saves time!

I’m still learning to use it but so far it’s been great. Just pre treat stains and it will clean them. It’s large enough for king comforter which was my goal. I got tired of taking my comforter in to be cleaned

Quiet washer that gets the job done. My one complaint is that my clothes get very wrinkled in the washer.

We switch to LG after other brand's recall troubles. We are glad we made that decision now! Pros: 1 - Plenty large for the whole family. The size is great for larger loads with no problem. All comes out nice and clean. 2 - The "sense" feature works awesome. No more guessing how much water you should push. 3 - Super quiet machine. We barely hear it. 4 - Clothes come out almost dry after spins. My Dri-Fit material can be worn out of the machine without drying more. Cons: 1 - The only con is that it is a little deep. Watch out for your back and bruising on chest when bending forward to get clothes out of it. I strongly suggest getting this top loader since it is one of the best ones out there. Bestbuy had the best price anywhere!

Still getting used to the settings. Have had to hit the add more water button for certain loads. Drum is deep, need a step stool to reach the bottom. Does an amazing job. Very happy with my purchase.

Very large capacity without taking up any extra room. It washes well. I like the end of cycle music rather than a buzzer.

We have had this for a while, over a year. It’s a nice washer, large hold a lot for each wash. And it’s not loud at all.
