Bought for my mom and she loves it it’s quiet and easy to use for her

Haven't had this washer long but I love it so far! Gets my clothes nice and clean and can fit quite a bit in.

Like the large capacity and how quite this is compared to the front loader we had.

The amount of space on the inside is way more than i expected and i love it. I can get more done in shorter time. The machine so silent i have to check to make sure its on, which i can check from my phone. Downloading the app for the machine was easy to do. And i dont have to worry about my teenager slamming the lid down on the machine, since its anti-slam. I made a great purchase.

This is a fantastic washing machine! It’s fast, amazingly efficient, and easily does a king-sized comforter. Can’t wait to buy the dryer!

Very happy with my new purchase! love the amount of room it has. Can wash a comforter with no issues. One thing I do not care for is that water sits in the compartment where you put tue laundry detergent in, so every time I remote it after every wash to empty the water that’s left over.

My washer is great it washes very large loads quicky and quietly. It also cleans them ver good.

I’m mostly happy with this machine. Like a lot of people my last washing machine, which I had for 30 years, broke down. I figured we should invest in a new one. Did some research and found this one would work best for the limited space I have. A few previous reviews stated that there was a white residue left on their dark colored clothes. I used the regular settings and behold there was the residue. I just altered the settings a bit and I never saw it again. The machine is supposed to conserve water but it almost uses too little water to get the clothes completely wet. I found that the “deep fill” setting does not use that much more water so now I just use that setting and everything is fine. The spin cycle takes a little longer than my old one but I do find the clothes dry much quicker than when I took my clothes out from my previous machine. Overall happy with the machine. Still have to try to app to see how that is.

We had a lot of issues with our last washer. Our previous washer was having many issues. This LG has been so great, it washes great and has programmable modes you can down load, it’s all controled by the LG app welcome to the 21st century. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase from Best Buy delivered and took the old washer away.

Absolutely love this! And love that is has thinQ, and a 10 year manufacturer warrenty! If you are looking for a good washer and dryer set get this one! Especially if you dont want anything too fancy while still falling into smart product/ practical and simple to use if you have never used a smart washer and dryer. The drum is huge! And im 5'6" and just barely touch the bottom.
