Works wonderfully and I love the black color. I love the app too. There are different cycles in the download section that I’ve used many times already.

We did purchase the middle part for "better washing" which compared to our older one you could tell the difference. One downfall that I noticed it is that we often use tide pods and it seems to not thoroughly wash it as the pod plastic tends to stay stuck to some clothes so I have to rinse for a second time. The app is very helpful as I forget I am washing lol

Easy setup and operation. The washer is fairly quite. Just works as I wanted and I have had good luck with LG washers in the past.

This machine is fabulous! It balances automatically to avoid me chasing the machine when it spins and the center mechanism does a great job in ensuring it is properly washing the clothes. The machine is deep so if you're short like me, you will have to get on your toes to get the stuff out but otherwise, I LOVE IT!

Washes the towels perfectly as well. Would buy again and will recommend it to family and friends. Love the quick wash feature, will wash the clothes in 30 mins and you can even add the deep fill option to this as well

Not only do both run flawlessly, they are the best looking machines you’ll find. Who knew cleaning clothes would be so scientific! This washer offers an AI mode which learns your laundry and runs the most beneficial cycle for the clothing in the washer. LG knocked it out of the park with their new appliances and I will continue to buy their products. Life’s good when you have these machines in your laundry room.

I just got it and am still learning to use it. The one down side to it is that it does not have a delicate cycle.

Good looks, not great function
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First thing i noticed was that with every load, there is a high pitched squeaking sound that is highly obnoxious. Secondly, i was washing a load and when i heard the squeaking sound and went to check on the washer, it looked like there was barely even enough water to get the clothes wet, let alone wash them properly. So now we wash every load on 'deep fill'. But the washer doesn't remember your previous settings and there is no way to program a "favorite" so you have to change the settings for every load. I do like that it has an agitator.. and it looks pretty. As an added bonus, because I bought the set from best buy, I was not eligible for the LG rebate I thought i was going to be getting.

For troubleshooting, please check that the washer is level on all four corners, as an uneven installation can sometimes cause squeaking or unusual noises during operation.
