So far it works great. We have the agitator one. Only thing I don't like is that there is no delicate cycle. Not a fan of hooking up wifi to try and download another cycle.

So far, it is working well. It has ha sled any load size we threw at it, including queen size comforters (one at a time at least). Still need to learn how to use a HE washer but the agitator is great as well.

Finally a washer that really fills on deep wash!!! We love this walker and it’s simple like a washer should be!!!

I love how big this washer is compared to other washers. Very quiet

Very little noise and appears to clean very well we will watch.

First thing i noticed was that with every load, there is a high pitched squeaking sound that is highly obnoxious. Secondly, i was washing a load and when i heard the squeaking sound and went to check on the washer, it looked like there was barely even enough water to get the clothes wet, let alone wash them properly. So now we wash every load on 'deep fill'. But the washer doesn't remember your previous settings and there is no way to program a "favorite" so you have to change the settings for every load. I do like that it has an agitator.. and it looks pretty. As an added bonus, because I bought the set from best buy, I was not eligible for the LG rebate I thought i was going to be getting.

I love the AI wash as it makes it easier to just load and go.

I haven't had it very long, but so far I love it. It gets my clothes clean, runs quietly (much quieter than my previous machine), and uses minimal water (unless I select the option for filling the tub). It is larger than I thought it would be, which is great. I'll update down the road after it's been used for a while.

So excited to have this washer in my home! The 4way agitator and overall capacity were two features I didn't want to compromise on. The fact that I can fit my king size quilt in this machine is a game changer!

Very happy with this washer. Quiet and gentle on clothes but washes well. Coming from a front-loader, I'm thrilled that I don't need scent beads to mask the smell. Clothes are actually getting clean. There's a little bit of a learning curve with the app, but it's pretty intuitive once you get used to it and offers numerous different cycle possibilities. Have noticed the "Normal" cycle attempts to use the least amount of water, but Bedding, Delicate, and many other settings use an acceptable amount of water to actually get clothes clean. Very happy with this purchase so far.

Looks good, everything is working good. Deep fill is perfect unlike the new whirlpool washers. Used for 1 month, so far it has been a great washer.

The largest capacity with traditional impeller washer I could find. It is amazing at self balancing the load. Our older one would stop mid spin and say uneven no matter what we did. Great machine!

So far we have been very happy with it. Seems to be Great in meeting our expectations and we have only had it for three weeks , however if all keeps going well we would have to say we are very pleased with this LG washer!
