So far we have been very happy with it. Seems to be Great in meeting our expectations and we have only had it for three weeks , however if all keeps going well we would have to say we are very pleased with this LG washer!

It's easy to use, especially the AI function. The wireless connection makes it very easy to know when the load is finished. I'm very happy with it.

I absolutely LOVE my new LG washer. I had a Samsung washer that was always going out of balance. That won’t happen with my LG. It is designed to always stay in balance. Makes doing laundry easier and saves on my water bill.

Large capacity and happy they have the agitator option.

Great top loading washer. We used to have a front loader from another brand, but switched back to a top loader because it cleans the clothes so much better. LG is the best brand for a washer - this unit cleans the clothes thoroughly. In a busy household we sometimes forget to switch the load to the dryer as soon as the cycle is done. With our last washer the clothes would start to smell if left in too long; however, with this unit, that doesn’t happen!

Love it it cleaned my floor rugs very well and it does a great job with my delicates so far consumer reports didn't let me down.

It’s a good machine, I dislike the fact that you can’t leave the water running while putting clothe in, it locks the lid. The other dislike is that it doesn’t put enough water in the tub, so then I just wash everything on bedding and it does just fine. Love the center agitator

Overall a great washing machine! I love the agitator. I wish that there was a delicate setting but I manage by doing the setting myself to mirror a delicate setting. Love the app functionality!

Quiet for the most part, if your putting detergent in it, during the release of the detergent it’s louder. Overall like the many options it has for soil level and love that it has a deep fill option.

It’s nice it looks modern which fits in perfectly to my newly renovated mega mansion. Great for when my kids go outside on the football field or basketball court and get sweaty

Washer does good. It handels being loaded down just fine and the wifi feature is kinds cool. The downloaded cycles could be a little easier to find in the app but overall happy with this washer.
