It’s nice it looks modern which fits in perfectly to my newly renovated mega mansion. Great for when my kids go outside on the football field or basketball court and get sweaty

Great Washing Machine. Consumer reports never leads me wrong. It is known for being very quiet.

Washer does good. It handels being loaded down just fine and the wifi feature is kinds cool. The downloaded cycles could be a little easier to find in the app but overall happy with this washer.

Works OK, gets the clothes clean, cycle times for normal loads are reasonable. Does not have a built in delicates cycle or permanent press cycle. There is no way to rinse out a detergent cup, as the washer lid immediately locks when the washer starts. The front panel design is fiddly — for instance, you have to hit the “temperature” button a number of times until the temperature setting cycles around to the one you want. The app takes a little while to set up but it isn’t hard, and I guess it’s nice to get an alert when the cycle is done. I tried to message LG in the app about the feature issues I mentioned above, but they completely misunderstood me multiple times, which doesn’t inspire confidence. (“Just pause the cycle and then you can open the lid!” Not helpful since then I still can’t rinse the cup out.)
