    The unit came with a broken storage bin and full of rust the replacement unit was perfect .

    When oven is on and temperature requested achieved, top of the stove becomes very hot which includes the bottoms to turn on the gas. I had called my Best Buy agent Mr. Rodel and explained the issue, he informed me that Best Buy was closed and Geek for now because of the virus. Very, very disappointed.

    The stove work very well however the Easy Clean process did not work well. And the engineers and repairman that came from LG destroyed our warranty by using a metal scraper. Now I have to get a new stove.

    I initially bought this stove at the store but i cancelled the order when i got home. I love the way it looks but I changed my mind and decided to buy the range with convection oven (same LG brand).

    Don't ever buy LG! On day 121 from initial complaint. Brand new Electric Range buttons stopped working after less than a month - 6 repair visits, 2 replacement requests, 12 phone calls to LG totaling 252 minutes later, they are still giving us the runaround. We've replaced ALL electronic components on the unit 3 times now, still not working. When I contacted Best Buy about it, they said, sorry if you had gotten Geek Squad protection we would have replaced it, no problem. Now you are stuck going through LG. Thank you for nothing! Absolutely the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced in my life. I will never buy from this company ever again. I just want to cook in my oven!

    My gas oven does not keep temperature. Also it does not reflect the temperature on the panel, it has been set at 375. I open oven to add casserole and it drops to 245 and never rises, but panel says 375. So disappointed. Will be checked by tech on Thursday. Happy with LG fridge and microwave. Was going to get dishwasher, but waiting to see how service goes

    Don't Buy It

    We bought our range in April 2019. In early August 2019, the oven stopped working. We spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone with support before they agreed to send a repair person. The repair person could not come for over 3 weeks. When they finally came, they needed a part. Two weeks later, in September, they came to replace the part, but the oven still didn't work. They came back another two weeks later and decided they needed another part. We have now been without a functioning oven for over two months. LG clearly doesn't care that their product is defective, and their customer service is useless. If you don't cook, go ahead and buy this range. It's pretty to look at, and that's about all it's good for. I am going to Lowe's this week to replace it with a Samsung, which is what I should have gotten originally.

    Easy Clean is a joke!

    Went to run the self-clean cycle to keep it looking new. Guess what, no self clean. Easy clean doesn't address the spatters that get on the walls from actually cooking things other than the frozen pizza the easy clean video shows. I could rant on much longer about how much work it is to clean the oven. The burners aren't so great either. The large burners even after being adjusted by the factory tech don't go low enough to simmer things, only boil. I have bought cheap ranges that were more suited to actually cooking than this one. Sadly disappointed. If you want a stove-looking prop for your kitchen, this is the perfect choice. Can't wait for how many times I need to run easy clean after cooking Thanksgiving dinner. Hope it doesn't last long so I can replace it.

    Looks great!

    I bought this stove to replace the one I had in my home for over 15 years. I cannot believe how updated my kitchen looks now! The only problem was there were only two oven racks and it took over a month to ship the third. I love the burner which has an extra power and the middle burners are so cool. I would recommend this stove.

    Very disappointed in this oven. The easy clean process does not work very well. Also, the fan for convection stopped working. It is just over a year old. Would not recommend.

    LG Poor Quality & Poor Customer Service

    Not as great as i was hoping it to be. Product quality is poor, Chimney not attached to the frame, missing screws, fasteners, ect.., parts fall apart during installation. LG Customer service is extremely poor, they do not stand by there product, if something breaks right after purchase they will not replace it even. Had to return it!
