I was very dissapointed and returned two Stoves

When you first turn the oven on it says 350 degrees. You use the plus and minus keys to adjust. The plus and minus keys are also used to set the kitchen timer and the cook timer. The problem is the plus and minus keys are ridiculously hard to push. The console of the stove flexes because of the pressure required to activate. Best buy set up an exchange for a new one but the same model. It was no better than the first one so I exchanged for a Samsung. The Samsung is much more user friendly and has a better finish and no cosmetic defects like the dents on the front of the black riser, far left and right side. The only keys that were a problem on the LG was plus and minus. The other keys were better but they are all good on the Samsung
