This was my first time to buy it was very good ,the delivery was successful, I recommend .

As someone who loves white towels and sheets, this might not be the best washer to purchase. There isn’t a soak cycle and I haven’t figured out if there is one to download.

So far so good. It's quick, fairly quite and washes the clothes really well. Only thing I dislike is that it defaults to HOT water rather than cold or even somewhere in the middle. I'm guessing there is a setting I can dive into to update that but I haven't gotten to that yet. Hopefully it holds up for years to come.

I love the capacity, no more going to the laundromat to wash my blankets great settings lots of options. Only problem is I Prefer having a paper manual.

Appearance gets 5 star. Control Panel not as functional as my 15 year old LG washer. Hidden functions that user discovers while "baby sitting" wash cycles for water level needs. QUICK WASH cycle DOES NOT have a full tub rinse to get soap out.

I love my washer. Simple to operate, spacious on the inside, and washes clean. I love everything about it.

Great product super quite, super fast remote start is a huge plus especially having the ability to see when a clean cycle needs to be performed

My grand has two young sons. They play hard and get clothing very dirty. She is the lone provider and was in desperate need of a washing machine (the door had fallen off her old one). As her caring grandparent; I had her take advantage of the Labor Day Sale Best Buy was having. She chose this model washer and is thrilled with its performance. Taking advantage of Best Buy's sale; I threw in the matching dryer. A note: Be Good to your grandparents. Most times it pays off. :)

Really loving this washer the size is perfect and it washes great.

This is a very efficient washer. Its sloped top allows for easy load and removal, even by my wife who is 5' tall. We like the LG app, and have changed the end melody so that it is different than the dryer. However, the app balked when we tried to set the default water temp to cold for the Normal cycle. It said that change could only be set on non-standard cycles.

Bought as a replacement for my parents’ old washer that would thrash and shake the house! This machine is mwah! *chef’s kiss* amazing! Quiet, has all the features and accommodating load sizes. Best purchase. The delivery team came in, took out the old machine, replaced it with the new one…bing bang boom. ***PLEASE MEASURE YOUR WASHER/DRYER BEFORE PURCHASING!**** Will be buying the matching dryer when the old one dies!

Best washer ever! Large capacity and extremely guiet.

After moving from an apartment into a house, we were excited to have a large washer and dryer set. This LG washer & dryer do not disappoint. There are a variety of settings and the units are super easy to operate. Would highly recommend.

Only have had it a couple weeks, but so far I really like it. Switched from a front loader. Takes up less space in my laundry room, does a very good job washing, I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Did progressive lease since I have bad credit, all in all I am very happy. I will pay this off then go back for the matching dryer.

My husband and I really really like this washing machine. I didn't think I'd be using the AI feature but it's my go-to and I can still make some modifications to the settings. The alarm that goes off to tell me it's done I like, it's loud enough to hear but not annoying. It's deep enough to wash my comforter so no more trips to the laundromat for us.

I like the washer. We teplaced our old LG with this one and its big enough for our king comforter or a lot of laundry. Easy to use

Returning this. Have used it for a week now and I’m beyond disappointed. Returning it for an older model washing machine where you can actually control the water level. This is supposed to be energy efficient but it literally does not fill with enough water to even completely submerge your clothes. After a full wash cycle things come out with parts of the clothes dry from never having been soaked by water. This has happened multiple times. (Including a pic of one of the times). Clothes do not feel clean. The only option is to wash on the “deep wash” setting. But you can’t do delicates or anything else on deep wash. It also does not come standard with a delicates or gentle cycle. You have to select “downloaded” and go on the app to add a setting for delicates. The other issue is the detergent dispenser does not drain completely. It’s always filled with water that just sits. I’m shocked this has received so many good reviews. I love my LG dryer so I had high hopes for this washer.
