    This washer cleans well, and has a large capacity, reducing the number of loads. It did take me a while to figure out how to use it. It has AI, but no delicate setting. It is all electronic and I downloaded the LG ThinQ, to do laundry from my phone, however, I miss just having buttons and settings where I can just choose for myself.

    I just got it because my other one had extended warranty I paid for. So far working good. Not happy with the extended warranty you have to buy through Best Buy. Not sure why I had squad and it’s in a warranty and still had to pay the difference in the new one and old. Taste weird to you. It’s not right.

    I love it! I love everything about the washer and dryer. and its definitely the best investment ive made this year on my house with this set. I also love how i have the app and it tells me when my clothes are ready both washer and dryer.

    The drum capacity on this washing machine is huge and gets clothes clean even with a large load. The black control panel is very difficult to see and everytime you start a load of clothes you have to change the water temp, my old LG defaulted to cold and this one defaults to hot. Haven’t used the Wi-Fi and probably won’t . This was a great purchase and Best Buy always customer friendly

    Wife absolutely loves how she can easily reach the bottom with her being vertically challenged lol. Turbowash is just that it’s fast and seems to do a good job cleaning the clothes. Just a not to change the water temp to what you want since it defaults to hot every time.
