Tech came out and couldn't get his tester to register power at the plug. So I had to call an electrician to come out, there were no issues with the electrical so I called bestbuy again. They agreed to replace the dryer since I bought the my best buy total coverage when I purchased the washer and dryer. They scheduled me for a replacement on JULY 9.....so now I'm without a dryer for 25 days. JULY 9th rolls around, oh no they still cannot get this model dryer I bought from the warehouse, and not it will be available until JULY 23 ....will it be here after my dryer has been down almost 2 months? I doubt it. Best buy sells items they cannot replace, and sells you my bestbuy total "warranty" that may replace your item in a few months. Imagine if this were a refrigerator. If I ever get this sorted out I won't be buying appliances at best buy again.

It bangs and jumps around, sounding as if there's construction going on in the laundry room. It repeatedly won't drain and stops mid-cycle, full of dirty water. I called the manufacturer re: the warranty and they insisted I try to fix it with a hard reset -- which worked each time it wouldn't drain for a few months, but now even the hard reset won't work. Just got off a call with manufacturer again -- finally they're willing to send out a technician, but he's booked up for the next two weeks with no visible schedule thereafter. What? Do yourself a favor and avoid this one.
