Amazing better then samaung sidedior washer had to be replaced didn't even last 6 yrs but this one runs smooth and fits a lot

The footprint of the washing machine is same as most others. The nice thing is the increased capacity with this unit. The only thing I would caution is that it is a long ways to the bottom up the tub for a short person. I'm 6'2 so not a problem. My wife is 5'4 and has to spin the drum some times to get things from the back bottom.

Love this washer - it is HUGE, cleans very well and is whisper quiet. It is NOT Black as shown in the photos, but more of a charcoal grey.

I love the inverter washing machine, no more hitting my hand on the propeller. This machine holds so much, it makes laundry day much easier and washes big blankets, no problem.

HUGE capacity, works like a dream. Only downside is that the explanations of the different cycles and features was minimal to non-existent. Took some trial and error (and YouTube!), but we never missed a beat.

So far it’s great, have only had a few weeks at this time but so far clothes seem much cleaner than with our previous Samsung front loader. Easy to set up and steam wash seems to really get clothes sanitized. The washing drum is huge, only problem is if you’re on the shorter side you might require a step to get to the bottom of the drum to remove the laundry.

Well designed product; easy to use; can wash alot of cothes in one load. Delivery of washer and dryer to a second floor was seamless.

I bought this washer for my father. I have this machine at home and love it. However, mine is a few years older model w/o the steam. I love mine so since I do his laundry and his old washer died, I bought this one similar to mine. He is 96 years young and works everyday. His is still sharp as a tack. He has an engineering background and is impressed how it works. He said, "What a marvel. I wish I’d of thought of this." Happy customers.

Good unit but doesn’t come with the best of directions and there are a lot of functions on this machine. The positive is the size of the tub. The negative is it’s a little difficult to operate if you’re not up to date with WiFi and computer technology.

Love the size, but a little difficult to keep a balanced load. There is a learning curve. Really gets clothes clean.

Very pleased with this purchase! The size of the washer drum is exactly what I needed for my King bedsheets and comforter. I feel like I don’t have as much laundry to wash at a time now too!
