It's awesome! Just by looking at that stainless steel washing drum you know you can kiss your nightmare of going to that scary laundromat away. You can finally wash your big bulky items all by yourself. You can finally be alone when washing your huge comforter. Hallelujah!!!!

Wasn't sure at first coming from a front loading washing machine for the last decade. Did not want something with an agitator, so we decided on this unit and it has worked flawlessly. Would definitely purchase again and hope it last 10-years as well.

Take 2x load than front load washer. Self tub clean. Excellent washer.

I love the inverter washing machine, no more hitting my hand on the propeller. This machine holds so much, it makes laundry day much easier and washes big blankets, no problem.

I've had this washer for over a year now and I have no complaints. I love it! After having front load machines for years, I switched to this top loader and I'll never go back! It's the best! I can put WAY more clothes and blankets in this machine than I ever could in a front load machine. It's super reliable. Best washer, hands down!

Replaced 20 yr old washer. Have a California king size bed. This huge washer takes the bedding easily. Had to contact LG for the proper manual to understand the various options. It helped but I still don't think it's correct for my washer. Anyhoo, I get the jist and if needed I have the pdf but a physical manual should come with appliances vs pushing folk to look online. I returned all but 1 of the accessories my Best Buy rep added to my purchase. If you're replacing you may not need all the accessories.

Wow this thing can hold some laundry. 5.5 cubic capacity! I put all my bedding in it and that usually fills and entire washer and this thing is only half full! I’m able to do more laundry in one load which not only saves water but also detergent. A bottle of he tide detergent when following instructions lasts forever! Great purchase and very happy with this washer and the matching dryer!

Good unit but doesn’t come with the best of directions and there are a lot of functions on this machine. The positive is the size of the tub. The negative is it’s a little difficult to operate if you’re not up to date with WiFi and computer technology.
