The size of this washer is just excellent to my family. The wife is in love with the capacity and the way it leaves the clothes with a clean scent.

I love all the settings this washer has! It has an automatic sensor to determine the load size so no water is wasted. The drum is so big that I can finally wash my comforters easily in it. It determines the water settings and wash time for several different kinds of laundry. I specifically like that it has no agitator to get my clothes twisted around.

We recently had to get a new washer and dryer after our 20 year old machines that we loved broke. We were nervous to buy a washer that did not have an agitator (We have kids and were told we need that to get the cloths clean) and we have also heard a lot about water level issues with the new washers not being high. Let me tell you this washer is worth the money. It cleans our kids dirty cloths and the water covers all the cloths. The Wifi is also amazing and lets us know on our Apple Watch when the load is done. Highly recommend this washer!

At the price, this is absolutely gem. It doesn't go out of balance as often as my samsung. Only thing is. I wish you it would use more water. This is not korea and water is not that expensive. So why not wash it like washing machine?

Love the advanced features and the easy to read controls. Has a large load capacity and the top door feature makes it easy to load and remove clothing. We purchased this model because of the high rating in Consumer Reports.

Washer has large capacity able finish my laundry a sap. Perfect for for my family. Love extra features, I’m able to start my wash , using app on my phone. The sales rep who helped me was amazing, she made sure a got a washer that met my needs.

Huge upgrade from a 10 year old unit. Huge capacity, quiet and the smart notifications right to my phone means I won't forget about a load again!

Works well. I bought this instead of a front loader because I often add something after I start the washer, which I have done a number of times already. Haven't used the Steam feature yet. Has a glass see -through top but its hard to see inside so a little clearer glass would help.

This washer is absolutely amazing!!! It’s bug enough to not have to go to the laundromat to wash bedding. Clothes came out brighter, whites are just as white as the first day you purchased them. The steam feature does wonders although it takes the load longer to wash it is well worth it!!

Stylish, still learning how to use all the cleaning options, but so far excellent in every mode tried. I owned a front loader LG for 18 years and it was time for a change. Went to the top loader for space constraints in the laundry nook.

I’ve only had by washer for a month. So far I really like it. I just switched from a front load because it stopped working. I really like the big tub and all of the cycle options! I haven’t used all of them yet but glad I have them. Yes I would recommend this washer!!

I love my new washer. Its huge! Easy to use. Does a great job.

I love this washer, it cleans efficiently and has a large capacity. There are so many cleaning options! But it’s not overly complicated, which is nice for a machine that can do so much for you. If you are on the shorter side, you might need a step stool. I am 5’-4” and I can grab to the bottom, any shorter you might need some help.

Washer works well. Controls are easy to understand. If you choose to set up the machine yourself be aware that the test mode did not work. It is described as two control buttons at the same time and hold. Then it tests each cycle quickly. As it did not work we had a second machine sent and the technician said we just use 'turbo cycle. The other does not work'. So following their advice the machine has worked well. I wonder how many are returned? Or maybe most people pay for 'set up'. Generally no reason if you can tighten a hose and level the machine. The WiFi generally does not work....read the comments. We don't turn on the washer when we are away from the home. "Smart" is not very helpful so not working is not an issue so maybe the next lower washer would be find.
