While using my new washer, I realized that it was easier to use then I thought. I LOVE IT!

Our last LG washer and druer lasted 13 years, so we are all in on LG. Clean design, simple and right amount of features without being obnoxious. Highly recommend!

Good washer but it eats silk sheets

They get trapped under the center disc and ripped a brand new set of sheets. Will be using a laundry bag from now on with those. Everything else has been great!

Only complaint is the drum is deep so my 5’3” daughter has to step on a stool to get her clothes from the bottom of the washer. I’m on the taller side so just fine for me.

Wonderful washer

Not sur if i will use every feature. The only reason im giving 4 stars is its so big. I am 5’2” and i have to stand on a stool to get my laundry out. As i cannot reach the bottom. Or my husband has to help me. I wish i would of gotten one size smaller for that reason. It washes bedding great!

The large capacity allows me to wash larger items with no problem. I foster puppies...II do a lot of washing!! I also love the option of being able to control my washer from my phone..and also getting the alerts when the cycle has finished and it's time to unload!!!
