    The unit is built well, intuitive and I love how large the drum size is. Every towel and hand towel I own fit in one cycle. It was probably 25 towels. Steam cycles and wifi function is good. Sometimes the start button needs a good push to start, maybe touch sensitivity or my flawed press(?) anyway, oh and I love the color and design inside and out. Even the installers commented that LG units are desirable and reliable!

    I haven’t been able to use the washer yet for a load of laundry. I only got a chance to use the tub clean cycle before my washer caused my house to flood due to the geek squad employees that installed it didn’t properly secure my drain hose so I’ve been dealing with quite the mess. I will update on the use of the washer itself when I’m finally able to use it.
