I have been so happy with this washing machine. It is surprisingly small for the being a large capacity, it takes up a lot less room in my laundry room than my last washer. I also like that the lid isn't heavy and is slow closing so you don't have to worry about smashing fingers. The lid is also shorter than my last one so that I can leave the lid open and still get into the cupboard above it to reach my laundry detergent. This machine is very easy to use and has all the settings I need, plus it cleans great which is the most important feature.

This washer is amazing. The tub is enormous. Great for washing large items like comforters. Makes its own determination of how big the load is and uses only the amount of water actually necessary to do the job.

I switched from a GE to an LG wasger. Clothes come out clean and lots of different settings . I love the App because it tells me when the load is done. I also like the basket clean feature and the app tells me when it needs to be cleaned. Hoping this last a long time. I have owned for one year

Have owned this washer for a month now and am completely satisfied. Many reviews criticize the low water used. All anyone has to do is Press the Power button on the machine, press "Add Water" and and if needed adjust the spin speed and whatever else you want on the panel, add detergent and THEN press the start button. When it fills, you'll get a tub full of water. The default low water amount is great for small loads, but you probably need to add water for larger loads. Overall quite satisfied. Have to admit the above steps are NOT spelled out in any of the literature that came with the machine. It omits on exactly how to activate the ADD WATER and adjacent buttons. They must be pressed/selected before you press START.

This is aching machine is very good. I’m happy with my machine purchase it washes very well and it’s quite when it runs love the all the different setting also be able to use in app on phone is very convenient

exactly what we needed in our house - large capacity - pretty quiet minus draining water which is short. Both of us work from home and just wanted large washer that got kids stains out that was quiet while on the phone with customers and it was perfect.

Love my new washer! Fantastic performance! Love all the different settings! Clothes come out super clean and the spin cycle really drains the water. Only complaint is that I’m short and the washer is very deep! I need a stool to reach into the bottom.

Replaced a Whirlpool washer. It is quiet with lots of features. I am getting used to the time it takes to do a load. You can use turbo wash which decreases wash time. It has a big tub to do bedding, does not get off balance like old washer. Best Buy employee who helped us was the best! Delivery went smoothly.

My washer was could not be repaired and I needed one ASAP. This washer was available for immediate delivery. Received it in two days. Had to switch from my front to a top loader. It's big and quiet. Pleasantly pleased considering I wasn't in the market for a new washer.

Cleans amazingly well & holds a ton of laundry. Just be warned the tub is tall and deep. So it’s quite a reach to the bottom. Fortunately, not a problem for me as, I am 5’-10”. :)

It can handle very large loads and get items dried quickly. Best thing we bought!

I’m 5’4 and can barely reach the bottom of the drum. I don’t even care because it holds SO MUCH! It actually cleans even with more in the load! I LOVE THIS THING! It saves me time and it cleans well!

I am so impressed with this washer. I love it. It's so quiet and I love being able to track the cycle from an app on my phone. It has a very large tub and so many cycles to choose from. I couldn't be more pleased with this appliance.

Very pleased with my purchase. Washer is quiet, efficient & has lots of features. I would recommend.

Washer was great but unfortunately the quickest cycles were 30 minutes and out previous frontloader could do 15 minute quick washes. Other than that it is an excellent washer and I would recommend - we just need the 15 minute speedwash.
