Love the huge capacity where I wash my King size comforter regularly and much larger loads! And it washes clothes thoroughly. Although this model has alot more bells and whistles, I use just some of the common basic features.

Had to purchase a new washer quickly, and we are not disappointed. Large capacity and washes well without an agitator! Would highly recommend.

Compared to my old water saving LG washer that I had to add water to with each cycle, this new one is a dream. Fill it, turn it on and it works perfectly! My dream come true. I love the larger tub capacity too! Washed my first bedspread the other day!

So far so good had it for about a month now it works great. Very spacious inside and cleans well. I was pleasantly surprised it had a WiFi feature! The app and registration process could be more user friendly and less hassle but it is what it is. Very easy to install super happy with purchase thus far.

Going to a laundry mat is now non existent. With king size everything and comforters that recommended commercial washers. this washer does the job. never had LG anything, was really debating on getting samsung or whirlpool with the reputation, but my family is so happy with this washer.

Excellent product- able to handle any size load, quiet, cleans well. Highly recommend. Only issue is hard to pair with phone but not necessary for cleaning.

Large loads are easy. Cleans clothes really well and spins them almost as dry as a front loading machine. Lots of preset options to use or can create own load program.

Bought this to replace a front load washer. We like this so much better. Can easily fit king size comforter and easy to operate. Highly recommend it.

We wanted to get rid of our front loading washer. It was just too dirty. And a pain to clean all the time. Picked up this LG and it solved all of our issues. It’s huge. And the clothes are finally getting cleaned!

So far so good. No problems and it cleans very well. The cycles are longer than usual but speed wash is 30min. Absolutely love love love the sanitary and allerginie cycles. The size of the tub is a huge bonus it fits our oversized blanket. Had the machine since September will update if there are any upsets.

Very quiet and can handle large loads. So afr this is the best washer we have had (Samsung, Whirlpool). A little pricey, but LG offers sales every few months.

i love the capacity of this washer. I needed something larger for my family than the standard size without having to go with a front load washer. I can wash most of my king size comforters with no issue. They come out clean and look great. Lots of options to chosen from when selecting a wash cycle.

The clothes come out super clean. Easy to use, deep/big and quiet. My daughter bought the same model, and she is happy with the purchase as well.

I absolutely love this washing machine! This was a replacement for a washing machine I purchased from another brand that didn’t work for me (balancing issues, loud, etc). This one is perfect. Not only did I get a great deal but the quality is exceptional. The machine is relatively quiet and very energy efficient. No buyers remorse here.

Overall I really like the LG that I purchased which was from the Pacific Sales store in Torrance and not Culver City. I would add a lot was based on my previous experience with LG. However the thing I was really disappointed with was the difference in the appearance of the left side of the control panel with the floor model (with informational logo decals) under the power switch and the logo for the direct drive motor with 10 year warranty on the upper r/h corner on the front of the machine, all of which was MISSING on the machine that was delivered to my house. Even though it was the model I ordered, It was not what I expected and for that, it was a deal breaker for me. Please see attached photo. Could have been 5 stars but too much variance in features. Again I purchased and expected an item (EXACTLY ) like the floor model but was sadly disappointed with this purchase....

Capacity and performing is good as discribed I recommend this product

This washer has a huge capacity and the options for washes are amazing! I have bought this washer several times for past homes. I used to only buy front load but this washer holds even more without an agitator. I only buy LG washer & dryers.

It can handle very large loads and get items dried quickly. Best thing we bought!

We just replaced our old LG we had for 10 years. With this one and we are happy, with this new model. WE are happy with this new one , WE have always been fans of LG.
