great job in cleaning such large loads at once and been using it for over a year now

Went from a GE washer dryer set to 1st time LG washer dryer set owner and definitely noticing a difference in performance all around, e.g., better wash, faster dry, much quieter sound, etc.

Great washer! Huge tub. Has various settings for types of clothing and bedding. Clothes comes out clean and smelling fresh. Great buy!

I love this washer. I used to only want a front loaded washer until I noticed that my clothes were just not as clean as they were with top loads. Top loads have the best ability to let clothes sit and soak in hot soapy water to break down stains. I believe it more effective than the front load washers. This washer also has a sanitary and allergen option which is nice since (as I get older) I am more susceptible to allergens and germs.

Very efficient, quiet, and attractive appliance. It gets the wash noticeably cleaner than the old machine.

Excellent machine, we bought to replace the prior model that we’ve had for 10 years. The only downside is that when you do have some thing that goes wrong, the cost of fixing any of these machines with the parts and labor is about the same as buying a new one, Wexprobably would have kept our old one for another five years if it would have been easy to repair. But we’ve loved all of its features and it does a great job cleaning and we like the Timed and flexible options. The only thing missing is the steam function. The old one had.

I absolutely love this washing machine. My first version of this washer was purchased in 2015. In July 2023 the center spinner stripped and actually popped off. I believe contributing factors to this was extra coins that filtered down into the groves. The cost to repair the old was not worth it. The newer version cleans just as well as the my first. My whites have never been cleaner. Towels take no time to dry after coming out of the washer on “towel” mode. Highly recommend this washing machine.

This washing machine is amazing. If your clothes are dirty and you have a lot of them, it washes them all clean without fail. The functionality of the machine is perfect. There are no goody issues with water sensing weight and not adding enough water. Plus if you used to do laundry all day long in so many loads this size gets it done in one or two cycles. Wash an entire bed sheet set in one wash. Love everything about this machine but mostly because my wife loves it too. :)

This washer is great. Large capacity for bulky and large loads, I’ve not watched a full cycle but sometimes I feel like it doesn’t use enough water but I trust it knows how to do it’s job (there is a “water plus” button you can choose on some settings if your concerned like me). Great wash options (bedding, towels, waterproof, etc.). The “sanitary” setting, my favorite so far, has been an amazing upgraded feature for me. We don’t use scented softeners so I’ve noticed a huge improvement on some of our loads (bed sheets) that in the past (old machine) always seemed stale even fresh out of the laundry.

It’s so big inside! Cleaned my clothes very well. They need to give better instructions with these machine, with so many buttons it takes a few minutes to figure out how to get it going.

Beautiful style and great features. Very pleased with this washer and happy I was able to buy it while it was on sale. Very much worth the money. Easy to use and great load space! Haven’t tried the wifi settings yet. Two dislikes: the chrome on the door gets all the fingerprints and marks, which I don’t like and the quality control of products when making deliveries. The first time they delivered a machine that was new but had been damaged and the frame on both sides was scratched and bent, specially on the left side part of the aluminum was broken if I lived in a humid place that would cause the product to get rusty quickly. Best Buy offered to replace it and they did 3 weeks later, and this time around the washer had a small dent on the top right side, closer to the washers lid. I don’t mind it as you can inly notice it if you look for it but for the cost of this product plus delivery and installation fees I would expect pristine conditions on a new purchased machine as well as better quality control. I also bought the dryer with this, as a combo. Dryer arrived perfectly but I believe I got the lemon of the lot. It doesn’t dry the loads completely and have to give extra load time even when selecting the highest settings or having the smallest loads. It hasn’t been able to dry any if my comforters I always end up hanging them to air dry even after placing one comforter in the dryer and repeating the drying cycles and giving it additional time. I also paid to have my vents cleaned, to make sure it wasn’t an external issue with the dryer and it still doesn’t work properly.

I bought same model I had before as it worked and last at least 10 years and new one is more silent and wash well. No bad odors.

As a consumer used the both drum and top load types, this washer by far satisfied all our needs such as ample capacity for large blanket washing, no more requirement of pedestal and obviously right budgeting. Also various washing options and each perfomance have been amazing. BestBuy Fullerton sales rep who suggested this product was truly helpful. I would definitly keep using LG as long as their products are made like this minding the consumer's needs.

Love this washer and the customizable settings. The app is easy to use. Large capacity, ideal for families (and bedding). This is my second LG washer/dryer set, last set lasted us 10 years.

I love it, quiet, less soap, the clothes are washed very well

We love this washer. We have had it since Feb 2023 and keep finding more to love. We have 3 boys in sports and we are able to make uniforms come out looking like new with the soak feature. Delay start is a great feature we use so laundry can wash overnight but not sit wet in the washer. The drum is huge and holds so much! We also run a daycare out of our home, so laundry is always running. The cycles are fast and the wife is happy! Would absolutely purchase again.

Solid washing machine. Easy to use. Does well with small loads or huge blankets.
