Wasn't sure at first coming from a front loading washing machine for the last decade. Did not want something with an agitator, so we decided on this unit and it has worked flawlessly. Would definitely purchase again and hope it last 10-years as well.

Love the size, but a little difficult to keep a balanced load. There is a learning curve. Really gets clothes clean.

The footprint of the washing machine is same as most others. The nice thing is the increased capacity with this unit. The only thing I would caution is that it is a long ways to the bottom up the tub for a short person. I'm 6'2 so not a problem. My wife is 5'4 and has to spin the drum some times to get things from the back bottom.

I bought this washer for my father. I have this machine at home and love it. However, mine is a few years older model w/o the steam. I love mine so since I do his laundry and his old washer died, I bought this one similar to mine. He is 96 years young and works everyday. His is still sharp as a tack. He has an engineering background and is impressed how it works. He said, "What a marvel. I wish I’d of thought of this." Happy customers.

So far it’s great, have only had a few weeks at this time but so far clothes seem much cleaner than with our previous Samsung front loader. Easy to set up and steam wash seems to really get clothes sanitized. The washing drum is huge, only problem is if you’re on the shorter side you might require a step to get to the bottom of the drum to remove the laundry.

We just received the unit last week and couldn’t be more thrilled. Delivery was fast and the install and removal of our old washer was seamless. So far so good. The washer is a bit deep so those vertically challenged may need a stool. A bit loud when washing a small load. Did an excellent job with brightening whites. Definitely an upgrade from our Samsung front loader. No smell!

Easy to use and works great! Love that it’s not super deep but can hold large loads.

This is our third set, we keep moving every 4 to 5 years and everyone wants to keep them in the houses we have sold. Best load capacity and washes great! Highly recommended!!

This is the first washer I have bought in many years. I have to say it is the best I have ever had. It has many cycles, has a huge bin, and does and excellent job!
