I absolutely love my new washing machine. The large capacity allows me to wash larger items with no problem. I foster puppies...II do a lot of washing!! I also love the option of being able to control my washer from my phone..and also getting the alerts when the cycle has finished and it's time to unload!!!

This is one large and great washer for any family, HE rated as well.

This washer is very very loud. It has a high pitch noise metal on metal rubbing sound. The spin cycle sounds like a helicopter. Much much louder for the entire wash than my really old clunky washer. Washes well, otherwise i would not purchase again. Oh and I purchased the geek squad protection plan. I live close to 2 Best Buy’s with one being less than 10 mins from my house and they don’t have a service technician for washers.. We have to get service directly from LG and pay for parts... They sales guy got us good.

I recommend this washer. It washes a lot of towels in one cycle. It has an app that tell you that the cycle is done.

Great product love it works just like it’s supposed to

Love the color and ease of use. I was hoping with it being oversized I could do bigger bulky loads but it just gets confused and stays in the rinse and spin cycle. No biggie to me

Well, what do I say first about this very deep very nice looking full of features Washer this washer doesn't need a sales associatethis it will sell itself the only thing I have an issue with is setting up the Wi-Fi I believe it's a software issue that LG needs to be aware of it on their form on the website the quite a few people discussing this very same issue but no one has a fix on it other than that this is a very nice washer and dryer and it's well worth the money although I got it on sale haha.

So far so good! Our last LG washer and druer lasted 13 years, so we are all in on LG. Clean design, simple and right amount of features without being obnoxious. Highly recommend!

Works great! If your short (I’m 5’6) beware, I struggle getting all the clothes out of tub easily. The washer is tall. I may have gotten the front load had I checked it before purchase.

I highly recommend this product. It does a great job and it is very quiet.

Wonderful washer except it eats silk sheets. They get trapped under the center disc and ripped a brand new set of sheets. Will be using a laundry bag from now on with those. Everything else has been great!

Love this washer! It holds sooooo much, probably bigger than I needed. I can barely reach the bottom of the washer to grab clean clothes. So far it has been wonderful.

We have had our previous LG washer and dryer for almost 12 years, and they have worked flawlessly. We are moving these original units to our lake cabin. We decided to upgrade to this newer model for two reasons. Steam wash cycle and internet connectivity. I absolutely love the internet connectivity. As soon as a cycle is completed, the washer notifies both my cell and iWatch. This is a time saver. Plus you can also look at the app during a cycle to see the amount of time remaining. An unexpected bonus is that it emails us a monthly report of the number of loads run at each setting. This washer and the companion dryer are top-rated by Consumer Reports. They tend to go on sale every few weeks at Best Buy.

Bought as a replacement for a Samsung that broke after 5 years. So far so good. Extremely quiet.

Big enough for a blanket! Big drum and opening. Only complaint is the drum is deep so my 5’3” daughter has to step on a stool to get her clothes from the bottom of the washer. I’m on the taller side so just fine for me.
