A little skeptical of a machine without an agitator, but at the "direction" of my wife and daughter bought this higher efficiency, lower energy washing machine. So far, it is doing the job well without the chance of agitator damage. Good purchase!

We have had our previous LG washer and dryer for almost 12 years, and they have worked flawlessly. We are moving these original units to our lake cabin. We decided to upgrade to this newer model for two reasons. Steam wash cycle and internet connectivity. I absolutely love the internet connectivity. As soon as a cycle is completed, the washer notifies both my cell and iWatch. This is a time saver. Plus you can also look at the app during a cycle to see the amount of time remaining. An unexpected bonus is that it emails us a monthly report of the number of loads run at each setting. This washer and the companion dryer are top-rated by Consumer Reports. They tend to go on sale every few weeks at Best Buy.

This washing machine is amazing! Great use of water, easy to use, and it's super quiet. The clothes come out very clean and smell amazing.

I purchased this as a matching pair with the dryer. The washing options are amazing and easy to operate. I love how fast the spin is, the clothes are almost dry when I pull them out. Having deeply soiled items as times is perfect because I can select that as an option and it gives it a long extra and deep wash to ensure everything is clean.

Love this washer!!! It can handle large loads and small loads with ease. With its huge wash drum it can handle a king comforter . It is so quiet. I am so happy with my LG washer.

I should of purchase a front loader but I got this one because it was on sale.

I used to have front loader, but this top-loader washer is great. Very large space, big enough to large blanket or bed sheet or cover. Very powerful washer. Well designed and well built. Only drawback is stainless handle gets way too much fingerprint. Other than that, good machine!

Needed to replace my ~11 year old LG and this paired up fairly well with the old dryer. Has nice sensing function which shaves lots of time out of cycles. Clothes come out clean, nothing stretched or damaged. Steam cycle is sweet.

I really like our new washer. Large capacity, makes a large load in our old washer look like a small load. Comes with additional functions but you need to download app.

Nice large capacity washer with great cleaning abilities. We have two boys in HS so lots of sports clothes and uniforms to be washed almost daily. This gets them clean!

We finally upgraded from old style washer...and it was my urging to my wife. She preferred top loader. We did a lot of research and the LG came out on top. Very quiet operation. Lots of options for types of loads and sizes. Seems to be much more efficient in terms of water usage. Especially like the quietness. Hard to hear it running.

I love this washer! It is so smart--there are many ways to make sure you are getting the best possible clean for all sorts of clothes. It's beautiful and holds a huge load. We are tall, so the top load is perfect. And it's nice and quiet as well. Finally, it comes with Best Buy's incredible, speedy service. Couldn't be happier!
