It’s perfect size , i can finally fit my huge warm blankets and I don’t have to go to the laundry , washed very well , totally worth the purchase .

Love the big size. Could be hard for kids or anyone not tall to reach the bottom to remove clothes. Does a decent job cleaning clothes. Lots of options for cycles. Very loud compared to my previous washer.

It took ages to get the delivery and installation correct, but once installed, this unit (and the matching LG dryer) appear to be working well. We haven't tested it fully yet - it's got more bells and whistles than we'll probably ever need - but so far, so good.

This washer has a large capacity and gets the job done. My electric bill went up a lot. The complicated electronic cycle options panel will probably not last long.

Great machine, but I am on the shorter side. It makes it difficult to reach all of the laundry without a thought of falling in.

I have been eyeing this for quite sometimes and because it is a major appliance I decided to go with top of the line features that will no be rendered obsolete any time soon. It looks fantastic, setting up WiFi was a breeze. There is even an Alexa skill for this, although somewhat limited in scope. and yet it is nice to have push notification on my phone or just ask Alexa how much time left in the cycle. The only gripe i have is that the energy saving mode is enabled by default, so it means that first 15 minutes of the cycle go into air drying instead of heat drying. It took me by surprise and i though that fryer broke down. the instruction on how to turn it off is not very clear in the instruction manual and you can't do it in the middle of the cycle. I finally figured it out and it worked like a charm. I shaved one star off my rating for this and very limited control with pre-selected drying cycles. You will have to figure out which cycles work best for you. I would have added half a star, if i could for ability to download various cycles into LG application on your phone and then use those with the dryer - gives you much more flexibility on top of already fully feature packed appliance. Overall, i highly recommend this but remember, without reading the manual, some will be very disappointed :)

Great washer: simple. quiet and easy to use. The extra capacity means even my king sized comforter washes with no trouble.

This is my second washer ever bought and I can say I'm impressed. Huge drum/capacity. Great features (but not too many). I bought it after seeing it on Consumer Reports and they are right. I would recommend to all.

This machine worked as it is supposed to. With app, really make life easy.

We’ve had the machine for a month, and it’s working well… not that we expected anything less. The bar for an appliance like this is fairly low, as washing clothes is why you bought the machine in the first place! It does the job, and the design is solid. Wifi connectivity is a plus, wash done notifications are handy. The real test is longevity, so I’ll update this in a few years and let you know how it holds up!

Washer dryer set works wonderfully, is easy to use, and the employees that did our set up/haul off were very nice, professional, and fast!
