I can now was my comforters. No need to go to laundry facility or have it dry clean. Also like that it has bedding, & steam settings. It also let me know through the app that the washing is complete. I also like that I can see through the glass lid what the washer is doing.

I have never had a problem with towels fraying at the edges or holes developing in the middle of clothes and sheets until we started using this washer. For example, I purchased new bedsheets and the first time I washed them before use the washer left a big hole in the sheet. I tried calling the LG support line and was told that I wasn't using the right cycle for my clothes. I've since tried washing everything on the delicate cycle but we are still having problems.
