I love the Wi-Fi connectivity of this washer. It reminds me when to clean the washer. It also lets me know when the load is finished. No need to sit around and watch and wait or remember that you started a load.

I really like the color of this Washer. The top load makes it easy to wash. If you are really short the washer is a bit deep.

Washer has been washing fine over last two weeks of using it, I’ve had unbalance errors twice while washing small area rugs and have needed to reposition contents inside. My main concern is when it changes cycles, ie from wash to rinse or rinse to spin, I hear a loud clicking clacking metal sound, like it’s missing a damper or insulator or something is loose under the tub when it changes gears. Though I’ve gotten used to it over the last couple of weeks, it is still annoying. Not sure if this sound is normal but my previous whirlpool washers never made such a metal clanking sound. Would like to know if other owners of this LG model hear similar metal clanking sounds while their machines operate.

This washer does a great job and had amazing capacity! I do less loads of laundry per week due to the large increase in capacity. I would definitely recommend!

I did a lot of research and really like this consumer reports recommended washer. It’s a world better than the 10 year old LG that I had to replace. I’d say it’s prefect for us. Now it’s all about reliability over the long haul.

With 2 grown boys, we generate a lot of laundry. The capacity is great and the smart wifi functions are nice. Love the various cycle settings. Delivery, haul away, and install by Best Buy was great.
