    Good overall washer just a pain to level it out. If it’s not level it’s won’t allow it to spin to protect the washer until you level it.

    This washer is huge. I asked for a big washer and this did not disappoint. This washer can accommodate three sets of king size sheets, plus more. Very satisfied with this purchase.

    We bought this washer in 2023. It uses a lot of water and takes a lot of time to wash. Around two years later, it is now throwing a series of error codes. Talking to LG Support, they (a snooty sounding support lady) wanted $400+ for a technician to come to our home! We have bought Whirlpool before and had the machine last over a decade. This is a hugely disappointing purchase. We will eventually be rid of this machine and will no longer buy LG.

    This is a very good washer. We shopped around and found this was the best choice for the price. We paid a little extra for the steam function and bigger drum but found out it was definitely worth it. Compared to samsung it has the same functions as their touch-screen washers for half the price. The wife likes the app as well, notifies her of cycle time and whej its finished.
