These are solid machines, great warranty, and easy to coordinate delivery and install with Best Buy. Hoping these work just as well as my old set!

I got the steam feature, but haven’t used it yet. Didn’t realize how much time it would add to the cycle. Haven’t been able to get the Wi-Fi connected yet.

Buttons take a little getting used to, but overall solid. My only real issue is delivery folks failed to connect drain hose, so first load leaked all over. Had to escalate to get them back.

My washer was only 5tears old but it took 90 minutes to do a wash. This new one is fantastic!!!! Takes no time at all. Lots of settings. Love, love, love it!!!

The WiFi feature is useless and I have never gotten it to work. It simply will not connect to the WiFi as it only supports 2.4ghz access points. My network has both 2.4 and 5 ghz as do most modern WiFi. Also the finish scratches easily.

I've had much less expensive machines able to actually finish a load under an hour. it can't handle the large capacity tub. it can't handle towels. the spin cycles are especially lousy. sorry, I would not buy this one again.

For example, our TurboWash3D® cycle is specifically designed to clean a full load in about 30 minutes while maintaining thorough soil removal. If you haven’t already, try selecting TurboWash3D® for everyday loads (up to 3.5 cu. ft.) rather than the Normal or Heavy Duty cycle, which can take up to an hour or more if you have a heavily soiled or overloaded tub. When washing towels or bulky items, you may want to use the Bulky/Large cycle, but keep in mind that this cycle tends to run longer—up to 95 minutes—because it uses additional water and agitation to clean large, dense loads. Instead, try splitting your towels into two smaller loads and using TurboWash3D® or the SpeedWash™ 29’ cycle (if your towels aren’t heavily soiled). This approach helps reduce individual cycle time and still gives towels room to circulate freely in the drum.
Next, for spin performance: if towels or large garments remain too wet at the end of a cycle, be sure to select a higher spin speed (such as “High” spin for durable fabrics) rather than the default “Medium” or “Low.” Towels generally benefit from a slower water fill but a higher spin to extract more moisture. If you still notice excess water at the end of the spin, open the lid once the spinner has paused, redistribute the load so it’s evenly balanced around the agitator, and then resume the spin-only mode. An unbalanced load can cause the washer to reduce spin speed or repeat a distribution check, which prolongs the cycle. Also, ensure that the washer is level and positioned on a solid, flat floor—an uneven installation can impair spin speed and lead to extended run times.
