Nice machine. Well design and has lots of feature

Purchased slightly used with some dents in it, but it works great and the price was exceptional. Appreciated the help of the Best Buy team in wrapping up and loading up the washer in my vehicle.

Extremely disappointed! I invested a great deal of time on researching best brands for washers/dryers via different reviewer methods and decided on this brand and model. Additionally, I spent extra time viewing online videos discussing recommendations on how to best utilize the model. Unfortunately, the model failed to meet expectations. Loads had to be rewashed twice or three times. Wash cycle times were long, wash spin speed extremely slow regardless of selected wash cycle (clothes appeared to be at a stand still, just soaking in place). This LG model failed to uphold the standard that Consumer Reports granted it. Items (washer and dryer) were returned without facing any difficulties from Best Buy. I am switching back to a front load model.

Bought a new home and without hesitation, bought LG for washer and dryer (bought first set for my previous home). These are solid machines, great warranty, and easy to coordinate delivery and install with Best Buy. Hoping these work just as well as my old set!

Great washer machine nice and big still haven’t down loaded the app for the WiFi features . I feel it washes quick faster and than my old Samsung washer .

Love my new washer! I am a favorite if LG washers and dryers! They’re reliable and work well. I love them steam feature and the gigantic washer tub. You will too!

So far I’ll give it 4 stars. I like the turbo wash. I got the steam feature, but haven’t used it yet. Didn’t realize how much time it would add to the cycle. Haven’t been able to get the Wi-Fi connected yet.

Love it I like the deep tub for comforters. It does a great job with towels spinning the water out. My dryer is still on back order I hope it gets here soon.

W/D seem fine, create a bit more wrinkles than I would have expected (assume from the washer setup), but they seem to clear in the dryer. Buttons take a little getting used to, but overall solid. My only real issue is delivery folks failed to connect drain hose, so first load leaked all over. Had to escalate to get them back.

My last washer was an lg and loved it, I love this one too. All my appliances are lg. They seem to have a longer life than other brands.

This is my second one. I liked it so much that when my dryer went out, I purchased both the washer and dryer so they would match.

Had it for a year Had to get another one been a nightmare lid issues & loud when doing large loads sheets. Only one tear old awaiting to purchase another don’t buy the dryer either that’s a piece of junk as well.

Love the steam and turbo wash features. Easy operation, quiet, and cleans clothes better than any washer I have used. The price was excellent.

Love love love it! We had to replace our beautiful front load Samsung steam ones bc I had nothing but issues with them in the whole three years I had them. So far these LG ones have been great!

I like it but I don't like every time I open the washer if I'm just looking it set a time automatic to start to power on

Amazing!!!!!!! My washer was only 5tears old but it took 90 minutes to do a wash. This new one is fantastic!!!! Takes no time at all. Lots of settings. Love, love, love it!!!
